  • Was Perfect

    Love the interface but the newest upgrades have slowed it to a crawl. It doesn't appear to be truly backwards compatible. I have to tap buttons multiple times for anything to occur. I can't even get my historical graphs to pull up.
  • Keeps freezing and deleting my workouts

    The app used to be flawless , recently it keeps deleting my workouts and freezing. My OHP increments show as 1 lbs while in settings it is set to be 5 lbs. reached to app support and they have been less than helpful. $10 for an app that’s gonna keep crashing on me and delete all my progress is a rip off.
  • Don’t think; lift!

    Don’t waste your free time searching for the perfect program, just start. This app makes it so simple, and it’s free to start. When you’ll benefit from the warmup calculator and the 3x5 and 1x5 options, the Power Pack is available for only $10. When you’re too strong for this App, you’ll know, but until then I really appreciate this and I think you will too.
  • I hope they keep improving

    If you work it on workout days only and back it up and shut it down, works good with no bugs. Sometimes I want to look ahead, which is trickier. It admonishes you for starting the next workout too soon and it will delete your previous logged workout if you forget to hit “Done” before doing something else in the app. No biggie, there is a way to re-enter a workout on a specific day (this is good also if you started 5x5 before getting the app). It also doesn’t remember the google login I use to back it up but instead defaults to my main account so I have to enter everything over again each time. Still gets 5 stars because it does everything it’s supposed to do and the extras like the videos and progress graphs really help and make it fun.

    Easy to follow. Combined it with two thirty minute HIIT sessions after lifts on Monday and Friday on the elliptical,16:8 intermittent fasting, and dips and chin ups as accessory workouts. The add on features are well worth the couple of bucks. In a short period of time I’ve lost over 9lbs of fat. Sticking with it!

    This app would be so much better if it could quickly let me track my progress from my wrist instead of having to get my phone every time. This can be a bit annoying, especially in a crowded gym.
