    The latest app update will not allow me to see my magazines. My email address and account number are not recognized. I’ve tried everything I WANT MY DIGITAL MAGAZINES BACK!! I HAD MANY YEARS OF MAGAZINES ON MY IPAD I WANT THEM BACK,!!!!

    I love the magazine but after the last update I have had a lot of problems with the app. First I couldn’t access any of my magazines. After contacting customer service that got corrected but now the March issue won’t download. The only options I have are to buy a single issue or try a trial.

    Have been a digital and print subscriber for many years. Cannot access any of my digital copies from past years. Even Southern Living’s Customer Service doesn’t answer inquiries. No help from the app developer either.

    While I’m not a fan of the speed, I have to say that Zinio customer service did resolve all my problems, including lost logon and lost back issues.

    So I've signed into the new app. The instructions never go away and all you get is and ugly home page with recycled articles from old magazines at the top and the magazines. The old app had a great feature that you could get sweet little articles almost every day about current events or recipes or whatever. This is definitely a downgrade

    Since your latest update my husband can no longer access the issues on his iPad.....I was able to "restore purchases" on mine and read the current and back issues....we have deleted the app on his device and downloaded it three times in an attempt to fix the problem....I have tried logging in to the account and nothing works.....I would appreciate some help with this matter.

    I am happy to say that Southern Living magazine has fixed the problem I had with the new app update and I am now signed in and have ALL my past issues of Southern Living Magazines. Thank you! Original review: Disappointed I have gotten Southern Living magazine since 1980 and have never been disappointed, even when they were in black and white. Well I won’t be able to say that again. This latest update is a disaster. I have lost all my copies dating back to 2013 since I can’t even sign back in. Please fix the issue with your app update! The new features for the new update sounded very promising, especially being able to share recipes.

    My wife and I have been subscribed to Southern Living for years.....since the current update I can no longer access our digital subscription on my iPad....my wife is able to access her copy on her iPad so we know it is recognizing the log in information.....we have family sharing turned on.....I would like help so that I can view it on my own device....we have tried the restore all purchases and it does not work.....we deleted and reinstalled the app and it does not work.
