  • What a mess

    By financer
You would think the PBR would want viewers. Or at least the sponsors would want viewers. We use to watch it when it was free. Boy, have they messed it up!
  • Disservice to the PBR supporters and fans

    By PBR Fan and Supporter
This does not work on an iPad and Apple TV. Why remove all options for fans to watch then replace with something like this. I want my money back! You can watch 1-2 minute snippets of past shows but nothing more. Not on a full screen but only on the iPad screen. Screen mirroring does not work. What a shame you have sullied the PBR name.
  • OK but waiting for Apple TV version

    By Fat Freddy's Cat
Seems to work ok, at least for viewing the live streams for the most part. Occasional “stuttering” of the picture from the live cameras which can be annoying but it usually clears up in a few minutes. Really hoping for the promised Apple TV version soon; AirPlay from my iPad can take a few tries to get going.
  • I miss the old app

    I love this app
  • Just want your $$

There’s no way to contact customer service regarding issues. The original subscription promised to post replay videos the morning after the events. Never there. Just post it whenever! Can’t receive refund if you pay annual subscription.
  • Not worth it

    By Bbaxter7
Loved the app at first. Now every time I try to watch something live from my phone it says I need a subscription. When I click to renew the subscription it says I already have one. Will not let me watch anything.
  • Pbr

I loved watching the pbr but now you have to pay for it I don’t understand you have all these sponsors is that not enough it should be but if you go to losing fans. You once was able to watch TV or on regular TV but now it is impossible. Sorry but you lose one fan because I cannot afford watching the pbr anymore.
  • Paid but said I didn’t pay

I had the app since it first came out & really liked it it but i went to watch it one day in April and the shows was locked it said to buy upgrade which I was already a member and when I would click $7.99 month trial it said itself already a member, so I emailed the pbr support team took snap shots of what it was saying and I showed proof that I had paid for it through i tunes & they said couldn’t find my account they I never signed up for it or nothing I was like how the heck can I send you all these pictures I’m paying for it and yet you can’t even find my account. I would say very cool app but it sure sucked when it cheated me from watching it.
  • Ridepass Needs to Utilize CBS Format

    By cheriquinto
Really disappointed with this format. It’s great to have talking heads giving background/insight on the event/rider/bull but when they overshadow the ride and the viewer actually misses out on the ride what’s the point of watching? Also, what is up with the camera angle? The camera. One camera. Up in the nose bleed section of the venue. I want to see the rider. And the bulls. Especially the bulls. While they’re in rhe chute. And in the arena. Up close. Not a wee tiny spec bouncing around for a bit in the sandbox. CBS Sports has a fantastic format! Craig and Justin are fantastic! Maybe Ridepass should take some suggestions from CBS.
