    The new version of Strong puts it easily at the forefront of workout trackers. It’s so flexible and easy to use. A perfect addition to any weight lifting program. My son has recently started working out and he love it too. Looking forward to the updated Watch app. Keep up the great work!
  • Best lifting app with watch support

    This app is amazing for tracking your weight lifting workouts. The watch support is awesome, even on my series 1 watch. It goes into companion mode if you track with the app on the phone, but even on a series 1 you can track a workout with just the watch. It’s a little cumbersome to input stuff with my watch, but I only use that feature in a pinch, since I usually have my phone with me at the gym. The update made the interface even better. I can’t say enough good things about this app, particularly if you are an Apple Watch user.

    I changed my previous review from 2 stars to 5. I use this app every work out. Its super easy, formatted well and allows you to customize and organize any workout. It tracks 1rm, highest weight, highest rep and highest volume. Only bummer is it will only let you save 3 routines for future use unless you pay up, but everybody has to make money! Would recommend for anyone doing any type of workout.

    This app has made so many things so much easier when it comes to weight lifting. My time in the gym even gets shaved down a little bit thanks to the great layout of the app. Definitely recommend it to anyone who has interest in weightlifting.
