  • Doesn’t work right

    Keeps telling me to subscribe to pro when I already am. Won’t save exercises I add to routines. Tried finding a way to contact developers.

    There are only a few benefits to this app over using a standard notepad. Easy format, does some simple arithmetic for you and it is good for creating routines. However, unless you pay for the subscription (which is stupidly pricey) you can only save 3 routines. Charts and plate calculators are a cool gimmick but still totally unnecessary for actually making progress. I’ll be sticking with my notebook. Its in the exact format i want, I save unlimited routines and it doesn't cost 100$ a year. Dumb.

    Good interface, doesn’t get in the way, and helps me track my lifts. Free version is useful and I’ll upgrade to the premium soon to see historical progress.

    Love the simple interface and easy way to track reps and sets. The Apple Watch companion is neat when it works but still has bugs. Love the Apple health integration.

    This app has been a game changer on my Apple Watch. I now completely rely on the watch to track my entire workout. Strong is incredible in what it does as far as keeping me on track and on time. I love how it integrates with the activity app from Apple. It lets me know how long and how many calories I burned lifting. Can’t recommend this app enough!!!!!
