    I love Strong. It's been my companion in my exciting transformation journey. I love the recent updates, it shows that the developers listen to user input and truly care about delivering the best app in its kind. I have a suggestion/request! Please let us define exercise supersets! It would be extremely useful. I use supersets in all of my routines lately, because I find them VERY effective and time-saving. With the current app I have to define separate exercises and constantly stop and tweak the rest counter. It's not awful, but could be more streamlined. Thanks for a great app!

    I don't usually take the time to review apps but this one deserves and all 5 stars. The user interface is so clean and it offers everything I could possibly want when recording my workouts. Try the free trial and buy it when you like it, that's what I did. Money well spent!

    This is exactly what I was looking for. I actually started developing my own workout tracker before I found this to be the very thing I was looking for and more. I create the workouts on my phone and use the Apple Watch for workouts. I used to pull out my phone every 30 seconds at the gym glancing at workouts and timing rests, now with the Watch app, my phone can stay at home, and I actually track what I’m doing. Plus the product team really listens to advice and pushes out updates frequently. Thanks for building an app that stays focused on the niche, rather than the entire fitness community.
