Today was the first day I was able to access my Chronicle on line. After much conferring with the expert at the Chronicle I am now up and enjoying reading the news on my iPad

  • Terrible App

Crashes regularly, navigating is cumbersome, appearance is dated, easily the worst news platform I have ever experienced.

I have tried to update but it does the same thing the update supposed to fix. It just refuses to to open and immediately closes. How do you update when the fix doesn’t work?

Not sure if I’m missing something or don’t know what I’m doing but is there any way to see scores and stats from high school football games? Be so much better if you could. If not I will be canceling my subscription.

It’s difficult to scroll. Videos play automatically. It’s easy to click on things you don’t mean to click and then when you go back you loose your place you were reading. NYT app is superior. Idk why Hearst can’t use its consolidated resources to build a good app. Also stories are placed in multiple sections. You struggle to scroll and swipe and you see again and again the same stories. Also stories from several days ago will stay. I tried a Amazon Kindle subscription and it was easier to use but not as current (just pushed once a day) and was expensive. I do not read as much anymore cause it’s just to difficult.

I get notices of news and every time I click it, it will start to open then close itself. The iPad app works perfectly fine but this version never works for me. I always have to go to the safari site.

This app has been laggy for quite a while. Now it doesn’t work at all. Such a disappointment.

Everytime I try to open an article it crashes. And then the link to the article (notification) is gone. I mean how hard is it to open an article? Words on the screen, and y’all can’t figure it out. It’s been years of this!
