    Hardest part of exercising for me is consistency and pushing myself hard enough to where I can see progress. This app is perfect for that. Trying to work up to a 5K, then a 10K. I’ll reassess after that. Also with diet, I hope to lose 20 lbs.

    Ibe used this app for years and absolutely love it, the only real down side is they are not the fastest with adapting to updates and doesn’t take advantage of the Apple Watch like they could.

    It will display the time you run, but also the distance you ran AND walked - making it appear you have a much better pace than actual. I caught on, but sharing it on social media was a bit humiliating as I had to constantly qualify that I was not actually running eight minute miles - as the shared screen shot implies.

    Training for a 5k with my girl friend. It’s awesome because if we can’t get together we can each pick up the day on the app by ourselves , we usually when we run together just use one phone. If we use her app on her phone , when I get home I just let my “day” run itself through so we are back in sync fit the next time we run together. I also discovered we can sync our playlist to the app!
