    I really enjoy the app. I appreciate that it allows you to gently ease into running. I would like to have the capability of customizing the coaches message in the future if that’s possible.

    Love the app. Just wish it also had a feature to tell me how far I ran and walked as in miles/km. Also wish it could tell me how many calories I have burned.

    I recently completed the 8 weeks of this program and loved the motivation along the way. The countdown graphics. All of it! I didn’t want to pay to keep it so I downloaded a free app and 3 days later purchases this one. It’s a must have for beginner runners.

    I love this app. I have always hated running but with this app I have been able to build my endurance up without feeling like I was going to die. I am training for a 5k and I started this program exactly eight weeks from the race. I am at the halfway point and have seen a difference already. As long as you drink lots of water and get you some decent running shoes you can do this. I have already recommended this app to a ton of people to try.

    I was able to meet my goal faster than I ever imagined. The pacing was just about perfect for me and always seemed to push me to do a little than I thought possible at just the right times. If you trust the program and follow its lead you will get to 5k before you know it. The only thing I would like to see is an option to adjust the amount of coaching/encouragement during the runs. Sometimes I wanted more frequent “feedback”... especially as the long intervals got longer.

    I was a sedentary 67 yo with arthritis and breathing issues - this app took me from there to my 1st ever 5K in 4mo time. I had to repeat each day several times to get me where I needed to be - but with determination and the structure and encouragement of this app I made it. There after I just made the app part of my regular routine. Now after being very ill and unable to walk for a while I am back on its program to get me back up to where I was and looking forward to my next 5K!
