    This app helped me to conceive. I have a condition called PCOS that makes it hard to get pregnant. My doctor recommended this app and I did the workouts 3 times a week!
  • Crappy App and Dishonest Billing

    I’m not at all impressed with this app. It gives you a handful of runs and tells you when to walk and run. It doesn’t work if you close out of the app or put your phone to sleep. I paid $7.99 to access this app, which I already though was a lot. Hidden in the fine print was that I paid for a 3 month subscription that AUTO RENEWS. There’s no reason this should have cost $8 up front and absolutely no reason it should auto renew that payment ever 3 months. I feel mislead and taken advantage of. Don’t fall pray to this dishonest business. Save your money and go elsewhere.

    Great app to get you on your way to a 5k at a pace that’s not aggressive. Cue’s are great (run/walk, etc). I’ve experienced a couple of issues with Spotify where I’ve missed a cue - something to pay attention to if you aren’t using Apple Music (iOS). Get out and 🏃🏻‍♀️!

    I tried it once and found it to be very encouraging to my endurance running ambitions. I’m down from 335 lbs. 8 years ago to 209 lbs. this morning and I’m only making more and more walk, jog & run plans. Even after injuring both knees in May of 2018. Best regards, Dave
