  • Really like it

    By ًًًDJ Felix
But I would like to see Guaraní, Yucatec Maya, Querétaro Otomi, Jamaican Patwah, Navajo, Lingala, Amharic, Mixtec, Nāhuatl as new languages But mostly Nāhuatl, Jamaican Patwah & Yucatec Maya I wanna learn I wish Mango would be more interactive like Duolingo though, but not exactly cuz I like Mango better wit dem culture notes & downloading free witout ads, pop ups & dat I am a Afroveracruzano & half Northern African I forgot Arabic. Unfortinatly Duolingo does not support Arabic but Mango does! Also i can learn Castilian Spanish which is cool! I also like da fact of culture notes are helpful additions! I also like dem downloading free for traveling is useful
  • Amazing

So far I have used this alongside Duolingo. I took a year of Spanish and French but never used either so I’m really not good. I remember the basics so I can get trough the basics on the app alright. They are both good apps but Mango surpasses my expectations. Instead of only having you repeat words/phrases (repetition is great for learning), mango explains the words and phrases so that you know why you did something instead of just memorizing. I love this app!!
  • Monthly Pricing is Ridiculous

    By Narsisco Lopez
While I understand that quality language lessons are not cheap to develop, charging for them using a subscription model is unreasonable. $20/month? That’s a ridiculously expensive fee what this app actually does. Mango Languages is simply being greedy.

    It helps me learn Spanish
  • Great app but

    By Nivoma
I got this through our local library and then they dropped it for some reason. 😞 I really liked this and I liked the animated characters that made it easier to keep a visual of who is talking. But they’ve removed them. I find it hard to repeat each phrase until I get an understanding of it without going back to the beginning. I’m disappointed with the new version.

Best language app I’ve used <3
  • Horrid redesign

    By J. Alexander11
I’m giving 5 stars because this app has helped me a lot before. The “new” redesigned app looks horrible. All you did was get rid of the visually interesting background and made the language icons ugly. Why did you do this? Now all I have to look at is a small word on a bright blank space (with the option to invert the colors which is still visually unappealing). You should definitely revert back to the original design or put more effort into the new one. This was an incredibly lazy update and nearly nothing changed. What did change was done poorly and didn’t enhance the appeal of using the app. I’m certainly more reluctant to use the app at this point.
  • Nice update

    By Kaleo
This app and LingoDeer are the best apps for language learning. DuoLingo is a bad joke. See my review of it. Japanese: Good coverage and well presented. However, could be faster paced, at times. Glad they got rid of the annoying “isn’t this easy!!!!” Still, irritating to hear “nice” over and over again and “good job so far” sometimes but, I guess, Americans need to be fluffed.
  • Great app

    By Joshtehplayer
This app teaches more languages then I knew existed! They even have pirate speak and Ancient Greek as languages. They have multiple lessons and units for each language.
  • A liter more for kids like me

    By Airbedruad
The app is nice but there is not enough for kids.
