  • Great app, data and support

    By Cbgsv
The app is powerful. It generates a lot of great reports and analytics. I use this with a high school varsity team ... the coaches love the generated information. The data uploads seamlessly to MaxPreps. It does take some time, practice and trial to be proficient. It is helpful to have someone to help in case you miss part or all of a play. There is a good video on YouTube hosted by Hudl (August 9, 2016) that helps you see how to use the app. I have emailed the company multiple times with questions, and the responsiveness has been great. I am glad we selected this application.
  • Great App Needs More Tutorials

Great App, especially for meaningful stats. I’ve used it for three seasons now and I still would benefit from video that showed a match and someone keeping stats at the same time. While the app gives you the tools you need, training on keeping volleyball stats is harder to obtain.
  • Comprehensive but non intuitive and inflexible

    By JScottA
It is a very comprehensive stat tracking, but it is not intuitive or flexible. I can give developers specific feedback if they like.
  • Best stat app for volleyball

    By Formerchelsea
Tried them all, this is the best. Developers very responsive as well.
  • Please help with emailing issue

    By GL Coach
Love the app. Wish it would have a replay button because hitting "undo" for every action in a long rally is painstaking. It is also VERY FRUSTRATING that it is inconsistent in actually sending the stats via email from my iPad! Please help with a fix for that! Also it would be nice to add heat zones and have some opponent stats options included.

This program is a must have if you want to be able to keep up with your stats during a match. Very user friendly and intuitive interface. Ability to send straight to local news after match. Support for this product is outstanding. Anytime I have sent questions, they were answered within 24 hours. Many improvements have been made. A no brainer!

    Great app to use
  • Look no further....

I've been using iStat for a combined 6 seasons (club and high school). I'm just a parent who volunteered to keep stats for the team. So I'm not a student of the game who's played and/or coached for years. Despite that, within a few matches, I was able to do this on my own, with the help of a spotter at times. I've learned a lot about volleyball now and I have a greater appreciation for the game. I did try some other programs out there and this was by far the easiest, most intuitive program out there. I can't imagine what would make it better. I have asked for several improvements and they've all been incorporated in the most recent update. I have't used it yet, but now being able to integrate it with my iPhone to video record games will be amazing! Quit looking- get the app already!
  • Excellent

This app is spot on: intuitive, well-designed, remarkably easy-to-use user interface; complete, robust reporting; multiple scales for tracking stat categories; multiple output formats. Best app of its kind for iPad, and continually getting better. Tech support is responsive and effective. I'd recommend this app to everyone looking for a feature rich, powerful tool to track volleyball stats on iPad. Terrific value.
  • Love it + Suggestions

Love the app, easy to use, nice GUI system. Worth the money and would totally refer people to use it. Suggestions: 1. Add the "no set" button to the portrait view 2. Make buttons a little bigger for fat fingers like mine lol 3. Only complaint about reports I have is that we need to see lineup reports. Every game we change the lineup or need to change due to absent players. It would be nice to see which lineup have given us the most efficient offense or defense. There are rotation reports but it's hard to have to cross check the rotation with the game rotation we have in our notebook. It would be nice to have names and positions of the players used in the rotation to capture efficiencies/deficiencies. Keep up the great work!
