  • Nagging popup

    By BusBob99
Have used and liked Keeper for several years. Lately, however, the Prompt to Log In has become aggressive. The little window shows up mindlessly while I am browsing on my laptop and the only way to get rid of it is…to log in and deselect the option in preferences. How annoying, if I want to use Keeper I’ll click on the icon in my toolbar and log in. Considering trying another password manager that isn’t a nag, nag, nag. Used to think five stars, then four stars, the best I can do this morning is 3 stars. At least keeper isn’t annoying on my iPad and iPhone...

I left Dashlane because they removed Touch ID after the current update and it was annoying to put master password everytime I use it.. so I found out about Keeper Password Manager, tested it out for 24 hours, and I gotta say it’s pretty amazing, I had to set up every sites I love to use and immediately it asked for my Touch ID to verify! That’s how it should be after using master password once! I am going to subscribe and enjoy everything Keeper Password Manager has to offer and it works flawlessly on iOS!. I’m not going to say everyone should try this but you have to explore the contents for yourself and see if it’s for you. It’s organized, simple to use and lastly, it’s perfect for a multi password user like myself to safeguard my information!
  • Terrible customer service - THE WORST

    By Nikondog
I had what I thought would be an easy, minor change to my account; a very minor problem simply to update my contact information because I had changed phone #’s. After many attempts to do so online, contacted them via chat (the only option) but I could not talk to anyone that could understand my issue though it’s as simple as it gets. NO communication whatsoever. Had to spend hours on a chat repeating myself over and over for nothing. I still just can’t believe it! Changing the contact # on my account shouldn’t normally take 2 hours of my time with NO RESULTS!!. So no, I would not recommend. Disguising incompetence under a veil of “security” is not helpful to clients that have supported them for years and the constant barrage of advertising is as annoying as is their customer service.
  • Excellent App!

    By CasioLB
Excellent App! I have many hundreds of of items that I needed a centralized cloud storage place to maintain them, and this is by far the easiest. It syncs with my phone, my computer, my tablet, both my Windows and Apple devices. It is even on my watch! I upgraded so I maintain documents and other items. It is one of my most used apps. It took me a long time to transition to this app. However, it was totally worth it. AND the ability to share information on a selected basis with others is a huge benefit. They have done a fine job with this app. I certainly recommend, and have recommended, this app to others. I highly recommend this product for both personal and business use. Oh…and that is made easy via the use of folders!!

If Safari worked on PC well I guess I might not need a passoword manager, but even then, I like the myriad of other features Keeper incorporates and automates. Use this product for years and it never stops getting better and better…

While I believe Keeper is a bunch of young enterprising folks, they need some help in customer service performance. HOWEVER…that said, I think Keeper is a real plus for someone like me with hundreds, OK maybe a hundred accounts with user name and password I have to keep an updated list. But with Keeper I just put in the info and done. Most of the time, some sites like Bank of America often times will not accept my browser, Safari… but then the bank itself is useless. I would not put your money in it! I had a few problems like upgrading and everything duplicated…that drove me nuts having to use the Chat room. Give me a phone number and a person and it would be done in 5 minutes, not several hours…Over all good deal! Let me add to this update. Keeper is a Keeper…at 75 I have been using it for years, sometimes the kids drive me crazy that developed this, but then you have to admire their effort and brains…I couldn’t do without for simple straightforward application and use AND SECURITY…anyone thinks differently go find another app…you won’t match this app. OK
  • Works great

It works as expected. No surprises.
  • Worse than the App that came on my MacBook Air

    By gi-auntie
This app does not work well with my already established Keychain Access. i didn’t like Access because it never deletes URLs, it just keeps adding more and more of the same, and you have to look through to see which is your most current password. I tried to import my Keychain Access passwords to the Keeper, that did not work at all. It pulled a bunch of URL’s from my bookmarks, and none of those have passwords saved. I guess back to square one!!
  • Pretty happy with so far

It’s early days for me using the application by I’m happy with the interface and function so far! I would recommend.
  • ok at times

Foir the most part the app is great, if you link it to more than one computer, they really stick it to you for money, yet do not tell you that an additional charge will be made. The customer serbvice has somewhat gotten worse. It is ok compared to the other options out there.
