I have had keeper for over 5 years now. I love that I can access passwords from all my devices.

I was an early adopter and have been using the Keeper app on my windows box, my iOS devices, and my MacBook. I also use Keeper fill on all of my browsers: Chrome, Firefox, and now Safari. It works everywhere for me and the customer support has been, well, very very supportive. There was an issue with the two-factor authentication in that the 30-day "vacation" thing was inconsistent. But now that seems to have been fixed. I highly recommend Keeper and I trust that they will never get hacked like some others have been.
  • Tired of paying for a supposedly free app

Last year i forgot my password and got locked out of the app. I had to purchase the paid version in order to retrieve my passwords. Now a year later it has logged me out and since i dont know my password since i use the facial recognition, it wants me to pay for another year in order to retrieve my passwords again. I dont think so...app says its free and it should be, Nothing special here.

Keeper is a great product. I am the IT Director for a medium sized church which means I have to wear most of the IT hats in my organization. This means I am the manager of many passwords from networking to online sites. I have used Keeper for about three years. I like how it syncs with all my devices and provides me with password access wherever I am. I have never had a security issue, I highly recommend it.

I am constantly forgetting my passwords and resetting them. This is the best app to save me from myself (lol). I was always worried if i lost my phone or laptop all my password would be compromised but with Keeper NOTHING is accessable physically. And i just have to remember 1 password. I also use it on my work laptop. It’s a great way to seperate my personal info on my professional laptop. :)
  • Customer Service Blames Apple for thier issue

I liked this app a lot but the Safari extention broke and for over a week I had no locks show up and they knew there was a problem and said they would fix it. They kept telling me they submitted the fix to Apple but apple has not approved it. So they keep telling me to be paitient but I paid money for this app and they offer no fix, just excuses. No offer of a free year or anything, just excuses and putting blame on another company but taking no blame for themselves. Would not recommend anymore. Customr Service has no clue!
  • Terrible experience

After almost 4 hours of diligence and chat help, which disappeared at the worst possible moment, all I have is a usless account with no prospects without manually entering dozens of passwords. And the probablity is great that even doing that will come to naught. The probability that this app will be accessable and useful seems lower than the probablitlly that the Apple Genius will not delete my entire photo library and cause hundreds of duplicate contact entries and other files. Said Genius did those things on more than one occasion and then explained to me that it was all normal to expect, in the rare instances possible, me to pay high fees to correct problems that I did not have before consulting them. In this drama with Keeper, Shella on Chat seemed to be following my line of inquiry but did not seem aware that the act of opening 1Password would instantly close her down along with all contact with Keeper. And following the instructions to import from 1Password and Chrome, as best could be approximated from the confused menus and nomenclature, has increased my list of imported login cites from 2 to 7.. All 5 of the new ones have zero inteligable login information and seem to have language that goes back before I ever used 1Password.

I've been using Keeper as my password manager for a year now and am very happy with the product. I had a billing question and the customer service folks were very responsive. I tried a few other password management applications prior to Keeper, but none were as easy to use. I guess I'd say this product is a Keeper!! (Sorry, I couldn't help myself.)

  • GREAT APP BUT DO NOT DOWNLOAD FROM THE App Store

This is a great app .. I’ve used it for several years. But I had to re-install it and when I downloaded the version from the App Store (11.0.0), everytime I logged in I got the spinning beachball of death. I chatted with the Keeper team and they had me uninstall, and re-download from THEIR website (Version 14.0.0) and it works perfectly.
