    This is a great app, very easy to use. I do have one issue with this app. Part of the apps advertisement (and part of the reason I chose this app) was how it could be used in intermittent fasting. However, once downloading the app it becomes clear that you need to pay for premium access in order to use this feature. I understand locking access to thing like micro nutrient tracking, but it seems like intermittent fasting would just be put on the same list as all of the other diets.

    It was great at first. I loved how it told me how many carbs I should have at each meal. Last night I was logging my food and noticed that I had somehow went over my calories, but I still had macros left. I was under on the individual macro count, but I was 25 calories over on my calorie intake. I took chemistry...... I know that there are 4calories in a gram of protein and carbs and 9 calories for a gram of fat. With this app, I shouldn’t have to try and calculate my meals manually - that’s why I have the app downloaded. This app should make the process easier and not more confusing. I thought I had went over in calories and in reality I was under and could’ve had another little snack. All I gotta say is.... do better.
