  • Used to be my favorite app

    By turtlebearnm
App is not up-to-date on species and they want me to pay $9.99 for unlimited access. I will pass.
  • I’ve paid for this app, then update happens & wants me to pay again!?!

    By Happy zzzzz
Who ever rolled out this update (which subsequently killed the access of all those who have already paid for it) should go in to work tomorrow and reapply for their job. They should also be locked out of their house and have to pay for new keys to be made so that they can gain access again. Once inside, all their possessions should be “updated” and removed from the premises with the only ability to reacquire them by repurchasing them at their original cost. I hope this paints a picture of how stupid of an update this was...
  • Wonderful app and service

    By chief george meadow
I love this app and the update! It is the best. And Sarah and mike, with Higher Learning company have been so helpful and kind in helping me deal with my lost bird list, which is now fine, and also downloading the recent update of this app...which there was no charge for! Great experience with these two reps for the company.
  • Excellent app and support

Just a short note advising I had a very good customer interaction with their support team. They cared about my issue. They were prompt, friendly, and immediately solved my issue. Great customer service. The app is the field guide in nicely done app form
  • Use to love this app

Now they want you to repay for its continued use. How long will that last until another paid upgrade. They never updated it much in the first place, don’t bother.
  • Can’t access my app

    By ninabte
I paid for this app and now I can’t access. Wants me to pay again. Very disappointing as I used this app all the time 😕 waiting to hear back from them
  • Already paid!!

    By LOGPE
I already paid for this app and when I upgraded my phone they now want to charge me again!! This is not okay!
  • Thieves!!

    By Jpinhomewood
I purchased this app in February 2013, and all the sudden it’s telling me that I need to pay ANOTHER $10 to use it. It was a decent guide when it worked. I have emailed the company, and have not heard back now for a month. Bad business!!
  • Paid once now asking me to pay again

    By Shell-lee
I installed this app a few years ago on a different phone and paid the “one time” fee of $6.99. After reinstalling I now only get the limited free version and in order to access the full app I would have to pay for it again, now $9.99. Don’t waste your money on this one.
  • Used to be good but now it wants my money again.

    By airycap
I purchased this app years ago. Used it Friday and it was fine. Tried to use it Saturday and now it says my trial version expired and that I have to purchase again. I’m clearly not the only one who has had this issue. Very frustrating that it is a long standing issue and still not resolved. It would have a higher rating if I could use it as I expect. 🙄
