I've been using this eFax for at least a decade, and the app since it first became available; and it keeps getting better . . . I don't know how any working professional could get by with out it! It ranks right up there with my contacts app. There are many more uses for this app than receiving faxes. Thank You!'

Very helpful with my business and being able to fax and receive faxes remotely.
  • Wasted my time

I tried to use this App today , and the radio button for sending faxes brings you to one place only - Subscribe and Pay. Unable to send a free fax. Blatant false advertising.
  • Works as advertised. Great alternative to traditional fax machine.

Suggestions for improvement: 1) Offer actual local fax numbers, not just within the local area code. 2) Improve seamless integration with iOS and popular mobile document storage and/or scanning apps. 3) Allow one fax to be sent simultaneously to 2+ recipients. 4) Decide whether login is going to ask for a "password" or a "PIN." Having the website ask for password and the app ask for a PIN was confusing and led to me get myself locked out for failed login attempts at entering possible PIN numbers when it actually wanted my alphanumeric password.
  • Good app, please include fax scheduling

Very easy to use and to the point, it definitely gets the job done. Plus you have a personal fax number, and that's pretty baller. I really wish efax would allow you to automate future delivery of the same fax. Among some other uses, I use the app for regular medication requests for an individual I provide care for (must be submitted by fax) and it would be nice to set it and forget it.
  • So far so good

I like the app so far. I got a free trail for 30 days. I get email confirmations when I send a fax. Faxes so far are going through

E fax has been charging my credit card for 6 moths without sending any receipts. I have only received oneWhy? email from this company that told me my account was not set up. I tried to get a refund and was told I could only receive a refund for 4 months. Why? I have been charge for an service that I did not receive confirmation of sign up for, did not use the service and there custome service is terrible. Find anoher fax company unless you want to be charged for nothing.
  • Great to have faxes straight to my phone

This app works well for me to communicate with a deaf friend by fax. I like that I can add text to the incoming fax and send back. I just wish I could make the text box bigger so I can write a longer response.
