    Love it so far!
  • Do not get this app!

The only reason I'm being generous and giving 2 stars is because it did send my fax...BUT then you are stuck receiving emails that you received faxes and it's all junk. You can't unsubscribe. I tried talking to a representative in the chat and they asked for my login info to unsubscribe and then they told me to look in the FAQ to figure out how to ask my question...even though I had just told them what I wanted and they apologized.
  • Worked great, took a few minutes to receive my fax

I had to send a fax from my machine and receive a fax on the computer. Worked great! I have a PDF file in email with my fax :)))
  • This really helps the mobile user

Physical multifunction machines jam and if you are on the road you may not have access. All I need is my phone or laptop and I get and send hassle-free faxes. I love this app!

  • Do not trust efax!!!

Efax double billed me, and because it's on an annual payment system did it again the next two years in a row--even after I cancelled my account! They claimed it wasn't cancelled each time. I suspect the overseas call center gets penalized for cancellations, so they'll tell you it's cancelled and then let the account remain active. Each time it took me 3+ hours to resolve. If you have an issue, you're on hold for at least 30 minutes. And your issue is not solved the first or second call. Even when I pointed out that I'd cancelled twice before, and gave them the date of my cancellation call (thanks Google calendar), they said (90 minutes into the call) that their records showed I didn't cancel. I guess last year's 3 hours on the phone was just to be social? Finally, they flatly refuse to refund their overcharge. You can call the credit card (more time well spent) and fight it that way... I would absolutely avoid this company at all costs. There are other electronic fax services and none can be as horrible as efax.
  • They lie about the 10 free faxes

    By Fishfly123456789
The first fax I tried to send told me I had already use all ten free faxes and I need to upgrade. I tried calling customer service and they hung up on me 3 times. Do not expect any customer support or your 10 free faxes
  • Fraud Alert!!!!

This dishonest company will continue to bill you until you dispute charges with your credit card provider.
  • Extremely helpful app

The fact that document facsimile has graduated from copiers and multifunction device to the computer is a testament to how useful this tool is. Lots of industries still use faxing as a important business need for document communication and management including government offices, insurance companies, and the medical industry specifically doctors offices. The fact that i can fax a document from my smart phone anywhere I have a data connection to an actual fax machine or another e-faxing service continues to humble me about the seamlessness of this app and the technology it supports. Id say even for infrequent use, it's a very value resource. I highly recommend the app and would especially recommend it for home based businesses where faxing is necessary.
