  • Too many bots!

The proliferation of bot ads every time I open the Growlr app is very annoying. I doubt that I’ll keep this app much longer.

I get it... You’re just trying to force us into a paid subscription. But here’s the deal. The fact so many are on, brings you money! I’m so close to deleting this sh!t forever because every time I get a quick sec to check things out at work, you throw an ad up with ridiculous loud music that makes everyone perk up. I need this part of my life private (no I’m not in the closet but ain’t nobody else’s business). Turn that crap off!!!!!!!!!!
  • Can't exit some ads

I've used this app for on and off for about 7 years. I've never had this problem until recently. Lately there are a couple of ads for mobile games that pop up while using the ad, an exit or "X" button doesn't pop up to close the ad. Therefore I either have to delete the app and install again or restart my phone. It's become too much of a pain because it happens too often. Please fix this!

So you can’t put a picture up that YOU want to display ( I’m not trying to put up offensive photos BYW) because Growlers Administrative team is in kindergarten and their legal team couldn’t represent used car salesmen any more.
  • Too many ads with audio

I’m cheap so I mostly don’t mind the plethora of visual ads. However, some have audio and they cut out the music I’m streaming. Not cool. Audio is too invasive.

This app used to be good. Ever since this new take over it seems like there is a ton of spam accounts trying to get you to go to their sites. It’s sort of annoying. Sort of getting over this app. It’s turning into the next Grindr. Every time I log in there’s a new spam mail.
