    I can’t access my magazines. I have subscribed to People for well over 25+ years. I still get the hard copy, thank goodness
  • Have not been able to access digital issues I’m paying for

    Terrible app. I’m not getting what I’m paying for. Not getting any access to my digital issues for ALMOST 4 MONTHS. it’s even more upsetting to see reviews stating poor customer service, and lack of response to paying customers. I can only view old issues in the library, and another problem is if you click to view that same exact issue that you have available from your library from the ‘recent issues’ menu, it prompts you to pay or start trial. I will never renew my subscription with people magazine again.

    At first I thought the new app was better but now I’m waiting for last weeks magazine to download and the new one is due tomorrow evening. What’s the problem?
  • Can’t access digital People

    Since installing the new app, I have NOT been able to access digital copies of People. (I am a Print & Digital subscriber, a and my subscription runs thru May 2020.). I even tried deleting the app. & reinstalling, but it does not work. If I click on an older edition, it asks me if I want to purchase a subscription, or start a free trial. I just want my digital subscription to work as it used to! This new app STINKS.

    Since the update I have had issues accessing the digital issues. I’ve emailed several times with no reply back. I did receive an email stating that I am paid in full for both versions. I have had my subscription for many years and enjoy it but I will be canceling both subscriptions if this issue is not resolved soon. I just sent another email. I have not received an issue since June 2. I do get weekly notifications stating that a new issue is available.

    I am not able to restore my purchases I have followed all the instructions for the new app and everything in my iTunes account is up to date and correct I just keep getting “ error in syncing your library try again .. I am going to cancel my subscription it’s a joke
