    The app is not updated too often. Has many bugs and doesn’t refresh stories often. I Pay for my digital subscription and this app makes me want to cancel it soon.

  • Why the new ads when I $$ for subscription??

    Really irritating I open app & there’s an ad!! What am I paying for I expect the ads that are in the app itself but I have to wait to even get to the paper. You can’t cancel subscription unless you call good luck it’s quite a wait. I really like this paper but this bs with the extra ads is too much!

    As a paid subscriber, I expect a few ads, but this version lays on so many. I am greeted by an ad when I start fresh! And video ads all the time. It’s like the news is an after effect. This app/subscription is not worth it.

  • Full screen ad every time it opens

    I pay for a subscription, and every time I open the app a full screen ad pops up. I can’t dismiss it (it’s timed), and I can’t see anything until it’s gone. This is not acceptable for a paying subscriber. It needs to be fixed or I’m canceling and getting a subscription to the Sun Times.

  • Bad interface & bad performance

    Like the other reviewers, I am multiple having problems today. I can’t size the articles and I get prompted to get my free trial upon turning to page 2. Logging in works and then the problem repeats. Uninstalling and reinstalling is a time consuming nuisance that also does not work. Even when the app is “ Functional” downloading for off line use almost never works well. Please fix this app or I will take my business to NYT or WSJ.
