    I’ve subscribed for 35 years. The app used to work beautifully- now it’s impossible to download new issues. And it crashes. Can’t even login half the time. Calling the 800 number is useless. I will not be renewing my print edition next renewal cycle.

    I cannot download the latest edition of the magazine as the app is not recognizing my subscription. I have logged out multiple times, logged back and still cannot download the magazine!

    I have done all the possibilities to download the jul magazine, but in my labs just the olders....couldn’t believe this app...

    It bugs down every time a magazine is released. I have a subscription and never lets me read the new magazine. Always tries to make me buy it individually. I call the customer services and they don’t know what to do. Send you all over the place and don’t solve your issue. It just doesn’t work.

    With every new issue of the magazine I have to contact customer support to access the issue. Every time they respond, and I’m able to get the issue. But they refuse to acknowledge or fix the core problem, which is the need to contact them for every new magazine. Why don’t you address this .

    The fact that I cannot click on toc list to get to an article is super archaic.

    Each issue is a problem. I have to contact customer support to download each issue. It is a pain.

    With the latest app I have write to technical support to download the current publication. I tried all of their recommendations from syncing to logging out and back in again and retrying a day or two later. For me the “improvements” to the customer experience is such an enhancement that I don’t get an opportunity to read what pay for. It’s frustrating as I have been a long time subscriber - it’s nearly as frustrating as my Sunset magazine subscription- there technical support does not exist, well they never respond to my email for help.
