    Worthless app. I can login on time.com but the app won’t let me although I’m a subscriber. I get the message “user is blocked”. Seems I’m not the only one. Fix this guys!!!

    Great job on the update. Can’t access digital content anymore. Will inform Time I am canceling my subscription due to your incompetence. Update. TI responded. The instructions are missing a step. You need to follow directions but then sync your account. Otherwise nothing shows up to download.
  • App a total disaster; lost access to digital editions.

    As a decades long print+digital subscriber, I may have reached the end of the line. With the last major update of the app for iPad, I have had intermittent access to digital editions and now can’t see any of the most recent issues. If I search and select other issues, I am offered the chance to start a subscription (my current subscription expires March 2020!) or buy individual issues for $6.99 each - - the app shows me as logged in. I have tried uninstall and reinstall on my iPad to no avail. I am able to login in through a browser and access issues, but I want to read offline on my iPad. This app is a disaster and a one star rating feels generous in the circumstances I experience.
  • Updated app takes away features

    I am now not able to read the last 3 issues, they ask me to buy them. Older issues can be opened. I have signed out and in, signed up again, refreshed my library and it still does not allow me to view all of the issues. Not renewing this subscription.

    Cannot log in, I enter account number or email and it won’t let me scroll to hit “continue”. Please someone watch a user on an iPhone to see what I mean.

    Can now download current issues but lost all select old issues I had saved. I did NOT subscribe through Apple, but have had a decades long paper subscription, which I changed to a digital only last year. Now if I can just get my Money magazine digital access fixed, I will be happy. At least with Money magazine, I still get paper issues.

    Astonishing improvement! I gave 1 star in past, now 5. Congratulations Team Time! Really great product. My highest recommendation. Now much better program than Newsweek. I’m really ecstatic! Now, please don’t screw up like you did last year 2018. BTW, I had no trouble downloading on my new iPad-Mini 5. I believe I just tapped Restore Itunes under account or synchronized under preferences.

    This app is HORRIBLE. Customer service has been giving me the run around for weeks, and I still haven’t been able to gain access to magazines I PAID FOR. Interesting that this happens when magazines are a dying breed - you’d think they would have digital services more buttoned up by 2019 to save those customers they have left.
  • Cannot Download

    I’ve been a print and digital subscriber for a long time and am now being asked to pay $6.99 to download an issue. Of the varios subscriptions I have this is the most user unfriendly, annoying one. Will cancel subscription if problem is not solved. It is more trouble than it is worth. Alberto Duran

    Update: I did receive a response to the support email I sent. For those of you having problems, you have to go into Preferences in your account and sync the library. The issues appeared after I did that. Original review: I subscribed to Time several years ago and this app worked perfectly and I was able to get my digital issues. Since renewing my print subscription, I have tried everything to get my digital issues and nothing works. Customer Support is offshore and unable to assist me. My new subscription number does not work and when I sign in, the app seems to be linked to my old subscription number Ad.
