  • What happened to all of my old issues?

    By mo 405
I updated your app. And now all of my old Entertainment Weekly issues are gone! How do I get them back immediately?
  • Great app to read Magazine

    By Nnutman
I have been using this app for many years now and your local library will give you access to free magazines
  • Could Offer Renewals in Obvious Location

    By bnks55
Hard to renew subscriptions. Some subscriptions just stop. Instead of 11, I got 9.
  • Popup ads inside the app . . .

    By Bathyscaph3D
This would be a good app but I really don’t want to be accosted every time I want to read a magazine.
  • Delete

By tird of this crap adds !!!
Delete a magazine that is advertising such as wine enthusiast is to hard to delete! I didn’t order it and don’t want it!!!
  • ZINIO is great except-

    By Wiltsee
When I stop reading a magazine and then try to go back to finish it later, ZINIO doesn’t remember where I was. It actually goes back to the book shelf so I have to pick the right magazine. It does remember where I am if it’s only a few minutes between readings, but even then it doesn’t go to the part of the article I had just read. It goes to the beginning of that article. So it takes a good minute to get back to where I was and sometimes I only have a couple of minutes to kill.
  • Used to Be Great. . . But Now. . .

    By Santa Fe Sue
Zinio is adequate as a place holder for the 5 or 6 subscriptions I currently have through this app. In that respect Zinio is better than having paper pile up in my house and then have to be recycled. However, for account questions and management, Zinio could not be any worse than it already is. Not only is is cumbersome or impossible to make account changes easily, but also if you DO manage, after MUCH difficulty, to connect with a so-called service rep (possible only online, not by phone), he or she has very limited skills to override any Zinio deficiencies. As just one example, I want to stop all my automatic sub renewals, but there is no easy, obvious way to do that. Zinio was GREAT when it started—intuitive and easy. Now, after perhaps an AI robot got involved, it is an impenetrable nightmare for account changes.
  • Buy, buy, buy!

    By GybeTack
You can’t access the magazines you have purchased directly - you have to go through their sales pitch page every time you open the app. Then when you select your library to view your magzines a pop-up add appears EVERY TIME! These folks would make excellent used-car salesmen.
  • I trust zinio

When I had problems and lost most of my library, the staff stuck with me until all was corrected. It took days to sort it out but it all got fixed. I was very grateful for their commitment, knowledge and service.
  • Where is the most recent issue???

    By travelgal6979
I subscribe to People digital and haven’t received the weekly issue. Not able to download newest issue. App keeps asking if I want to Buy Issue or Subscribe. FAQ’s page doesn’t help at all. So frustrated. At the point where I just want to cancel subscription.
