    ...when permission to automatically renew was not allowed. #4161880 #4172146 This is unlawful and fraudulent activity. I made contact with technical support and was asked to provide my email address to confirm and I provided the incorrect one a generic response was sent back? I replied with 2 alternatives and the exact same message came back. I tried to remove my account details and it cannot be removed unless I add new card details. So my card is being held hostage unless I provide an alternative option. My card is listed as a delinquent account. This is called hijacking... We want to help, but we're unable to find a Zoosk account under your email address: ?????????@gmail.com. Do you have any other email addresses you might have used for your profile? If you validated with your cell phone or receive texts from Zoosk, we may be able to locate your profile based on your mobile number. If you added the Zoosk app on Facebook, we may be able to find it with the email associated with your Facebook account. If you've made a credit card purchase on Zoosk, you may have received an confirmation email with an order number. If you don't have this order number, we may be able to locate the profile with the following payment information: -The first 6 and last 4 digits of your debit or credit card number.     New to this app but it’s hard to navigate. It doesn’t seem that you can view profiles, just pictures. I know apps are supposed to be simpler than the actual website, but I think I’m just gonna use the website until the app is more user friendly.

    I thought I’d take a chance and see how this site was like. I don’t like it at all. First of all, I think it’s deceiving because it’ll send you a notification that “someone” sent you a message. So, when you go to the site, you see that maybe it was just someone who viewed you...no message. The reason they probably viewed is because this site has a way of getting you to view people and then notifying them that “you” viewed them...which prompts them to go see who viewed them...which prompts another message to you that someone messaged you. Like a domino effect. Like someone else said, the carousel part of this site is just plain dumb. It asks you to either say Yes, No, or Maybe. The yes and maybe answer will definitely match you up with them. Now mind you, you don’t even have a clue as to where they live so they could be 100...or 1000 miles away!!! Plus, they could be midgets or gigantic! I think that part of this is so wrong. After all, a face is just a face! Before I say I like someone or not...I need to see or know a little more about them. So, that is very misleading to me. Hope they change some things or else, bad publicity will cause them to lose or not make any money.

    This is the least favorite of all the dating sites. To show a picture of a person and you are supposed to say yes maybe or no is baffling. How far away are they? They could be hundreds of miles away. You are limited to the number of photos you can use. I will not be renewing.

    I’ve emailed Zoosk to cancel my subscription months backs but they’ve ignored my request and continue withdrawing funds from my account! I don’t like Zoosk and I want it to stop immediately!!!! I extremely dissatisfied with the subscription and want it cancelled NOW!!!

    Their so called “Carousal” allows to to quickly view many but you can’t view their profile from here. Really?! You see someone you’re interested in you may be attracted to by looks but you can’t view their profile to see if they’d interest you. I find it difficult to skip or reject someone once you’ve “liked” them. This app is not user friendly
