Recently, since the new iOS update. ForeFlight crashes regularly during flight when my Sentry is connected. I have found not using the Sentry allows foreflight to work properly. Please fix this.

Outstanding product support for an outstanding product. I had an electrical failure while IFR and with ForeFlight on my iPad I was able to make a Safe let down and approach. Without this app I would have been in the hurt locker big time. Johnny Carter

I am an instructor and I use several of these types of Apps. In my opinion, Foreflight is the best, easiest to use, full featured, and they provide great support. Every time I have had a question, their support team answers my questions quickly. I hope the Garmin acquisition doesn’t change any of the above...

    Best one ever
  • Best out there but Apple Watch?

I love this app, you can do so much with it. My only complain is that they need an Apple Watch extension again, least for METAR and stuff. I’m a student pilot so I can’t afford the other versions past 99 but keep doing great work!

I have been using ForeFlight for about 8 years! Excellent platform? At least it used to be. But as large companies get bigger they lose sight of some of the conveniences. I would like to think I helped our company go to ForeFlight for EFB,s, simple easy, but Now days it is gotten so convoluted in its evolution, it often crashes and takes longer to use. Some of this is our company’s fault for not keeping the iPads updated with the latest iOS. still I often wonder when you have a perfect platform and everything is working great why mess with it! It’s lost its quickness, now every time you press a letter you got a wait for the iPad to finish it search before you compress the next one. Most of it crashes I have seen are on the weight and balance. As a pilot I don’t have the option of updating the iPads to the latest iOS. Doesn’t do me any good to send in a crash report for the aircraft I am no longer working on the iPad stay with the aircraft

When you have questions use email but when you don’t get an answer that solves your problem keep on it to escalate to another person. ForeFlight will escalate and find someone to help you. I have done that twice with success.
