    I love WW! I have always been successful on losing weight when I need to buckle down. But, suggestion; for instance when I look up lasagna with meat, the measurement refers to “one serving”, please tell me what is one serving in ounces, it keeps me in check to follow directions and not to loosely decide on my own. Hope you look at this suggestion. Thank you!!

    I like that everything is in the app and it makes it easy to look up recipes, and that you can create your own. I do find it annoying that it is difficult to switch through days. I also don’t like that I can’t go to the next day and add in the meals I prepared for breakfast and dinner.

    Do not sign up for this app it’s extremely hard to try and cancel I kept getting charged after I asked to cancel I’m trying to warn everyone don’t use this app!

    Please take a cue from My Fitness Pal on how to set up this WW app. The good news is the app does work most of the time. The bad news is in the limited capabilities considering today’s technological capabilities. The search reminds me of old technology since one has to type in exact wording before it can be found. The data base is limited. One has to often just guess at which database food might be equivalent. There are very few good restaurants included. It is mostly fast food. There is no copy-over capability of foods from one day to the next or from one meal to another. For Quick Add points, there is no need to require a name. One should just be able to add the points and be done. I spend a lot of time being frustrated with trying to find things in this app. I know it could be so much better. Get busy WW and clean up this mess.

    Problem one. I do not understand what is wrong with logging food quickly. I click to log my food, wait for at least 15-20 seconds and when it doesn’t appear to go back to the main screen, demonstrating it is logged, I click again. Eventually I realize it has double counted the food being logged. Ridiculous. Problem two. I have clicked on yesterday at least 20 times this morning to make sure I logged that glass of wine last night and it will not go back to yesterday. So incredibly frustrating. Problem three. Restaurant menu items need to be able to be modified. When I order something I always say NO CHEESE, just so I don’t have to count the cheese points. But then I don’t have any way to account for having the cheese removed. Example, Chick-fil-A egg white grill. I would love to know how many points this is WITHOUT CHEESE. Problem four. I do not understand this fit tracker crap. A month ago it was linked to my watch and tracked my steps. Now my watch doesn’t appear to be connected and who knows how to get it to track “fit points”.
