    Nice job adding in the Data Analytics into the last build and NOT NOTIFYING YOUR USERS that is was already On!!! Guess everyone’s into farming location and usage data nowadays, even you sellouts! Don’t worry, FTC complaint is coming right up! New problem introduced with your latest update of payment screen where you can’t pick to redeem a reward on that same screen. Only way to do it now is to pick Redeem before you go to Order and that’s just stupid and a step backwards in ease-of-use. You need to address this immediately and put the option back! Old “favorited” drinks cause an ongoing/unfixed defect where the graphic for the payment card is the standard one and not the gold member one if you’re doing an order based on a previous one when this defect was first introduced a year or so ago. App should allow users to grade or post comments about store locations because some, well, just aren’t that good and have issues that I think bad feedback would allow the managers to improve things. You can’t do that without that feedback and why not do it in the app?... would be better than a Google review and could be kept internal for efficient resolution. Instead of a tip, how about some feedback too with each order? 🤔 On older phones, it can be slow due to the dashboard taking forever to load new content. The app needs to be streamlined a bit and allow for that content to load in the background while the user is allowed to go ahead and place a mobile order. On an iPhone 6, it’s slow. Even with a new XR, you can see the app is delayed due to the dashboard needing to update first before anything else can be done. It nowhere near as slow as the older phones, but still has room for improvement.

    Slowest app in recorded history. Rarely opens. Usually times out. Very disappointing. Thank goodness I have the Passport app, or I’d very angry coffee lovers in line behind me.

    Some of you have reported trouble with the tip functions - the window pops up asking if you want to leave a tip, but if you say yes the appropriate screen doesn't appear. To resolve this you need to completely delete the app from your iPhone or iPad and reinstall it. Sure, you'll need to log back in and reset all your preferences, but the tip function will now work. Update, 3/22: tip function still does not work. Appears to occur both when iOS is updated, or when some other apps are updated. Resolution is the same as before: delete and reinstall the app, and you'll still have to log in again and reset your preferences. Update, 2/22/2019: the problem is occurring again. I have deleted and re-installed the app but don’t know yet if that will resolve the problem. I’ve also sent an e-mail to Starbucks.

    My history hasn’t updated since a week ago Sunday and when I chatted with the helpdesk they told me to reinstall the app. Didn’t mention there was an issue since the last update but I’ve just seen that on this link. Not OK, especially when you’re tracking purchases for rewards.
