  • Needs Files app support.

Like the title says, this doesn’t support the Files app yet. Saving to and loading from Dropbox within another app for certain file formats, like .pdf, is broken.
  • Broken update for photos

09/18/17: No photo uploads? Wait until the next update? I use Dropbox to backup the photos on my iPhone and need this to 'just work'. Why didn't you pull this update from the store if functions we DEPEND on are "suspended"??? You should at least mentioned the problems in the update notes; then people that didn't have auto-updates turned on could have avoided downloading a broken app, disrupting their flow/processes.

Sorry, Dropbox, but I'm done. I'm tired of all the updates that add unnecessary junk and take away good features. Going exclusively to Google Photos, which is how the OLD Dropbox used to be. As soon as I get all my stuff off your website, the app is getting deleted for good.
  • Adding useless garbage, removing features

Since iBooks on my computer refuses to import books, I used Dropbox to get them into iBooks on my phone. Dropbox then forced an update on me in which they'd removed that feature, while cluttering up the app interface with useless junk. Every update just gets worse. Guess I'll be switching over to iCloud for good now.

Dropbox is a vault where I feel safe putting even my most precious documents and photos. I can organize, review, and reorganize all of my memories in a safe enironment. I would highly recommend Dropbox to anyone looking for space to keep everything and then organize and copy and save all your hard work. Dropbox is my ace in the hole!!!

Please! I know you fixed it, but you don't have to remove it! It was an excellent feature. Will wait till next week. Thanks. -- Overall, it's the best storing service, with connectivity to Microsoft office and Adobe.
  • Needs Chromecast support

This app is close to perfect and the Dropbox service is unmatched in collaboration and sync features. One aspect it's really lacking in, though, is the ability to display presentations via Chromecast and Apple TV. If they ever add the ability to cast my photos, videos and docs to my big screen from my iOS app I'd give it five stars.
