    Very satisfied. Awesome service.
  • Been working great for me

I have regular Line2 to Line2 calls with friends overseas and the quality is fantastic. And it works in countries that have blocked FaceTime and Skype. Line2 seems to be able to get through any firewall. I do wish they would invest more in their tools to manage contacts. What's the point of having special routing for VIPs and blocked contacts when finding and moving people into and out of those categories is so difficult on the website and not even supported in the app.

  • I’ve been looking for this solution for a while

This is a fantastic way to combine two phone lines on one phone! I’ve been using my corporate phone for five years now and didn’t want to lose my personal phone number. So I was paying a monthly service fee to Verizon to simply forward all of my calls. From time to time I would price other services but the savings didn’t seem worth the hassle of switching over. One day I searched online to see if anyone else had similar problems and came across the Line2 website. At first I thought it was too good to be true so I did my research, read reviews, looked them up on BBB, etc. it was exactly what I was looking floor! It was very easy to enroll and port my number over to them the app is user-friendly and does everything I would want to do. The only thing I would change is that when a call comes in from my personal line, the caller ID doesn’t work. It just says that the call is coming from me. But that’s a relatively insignificant thing against everything else it does. I love this service and recommend it to everyone who has to carry two phones!!
  • Crossed calls often

I often get calls for another business...the same business every time. I would not recommend this service at this time. I am currently looking for another affordable option for my business.

  • Good, but not great

Quality of the calls is spotty. The recent outages have been very frustrating
  • Frustrated

I had such high hopes for this but the inability to have multiple people calling from one number is difficult for a business to handle. I can understand if I was a one person operation...there would be no problem. And a few weeks using the system has resulted in just bad reception on client calls and frustration. I left Vonage for this reason.
  • Disappointing

Really wished this service worked for us. We are a start up nonprofit with no need yet for a major phone system and thought this would be a good way to take calls throughout our early phase. Wrong. We’ve been embarrassed by the quality of sound, dropped calls, and mixed signals our customers have experienced. 95% of our calls have been poor quality.
