  • Flaw in update

Great app. Use it all the time. However, there is something wrong with your search function. When I enter what I am looking for and tap on a suggestion it takes you to something other than what you want. Please fix
  • Poor search capabilities with forced ad content

I pay over $100 a year for Prime, so I should be able to do a search without getting “sponsored” items in my results. Amazon is a HUGE company and nobody can figure out how allow advanced search criteria in an app or web page? If it’s too difficult to include simple boolean operators to enhance a search, I don’t think I could trust them with something as complicated as a cloud service.
  • Customer Images

Love the app but it doesn’t load customer images. I’m able to see it on my Mobil amazon app but not on the iPad app.
  • Pictures not working correctly

In 11.5 when you click on a items picture to see a larger version, that pic gets stuck. Go to another item and click to zoom in on a picture and the previously zoomed pic comes back! I have verified this on multiple ipads trying multiple accounts. This does NOT happen on the iphone. Just the ipad. I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times on separate ipads and its all the same. Anyone else seeing this? DS
  • This is ridiculous

Every time I search an item, it glitches and sends me to the Alexa dot page.
  • New update not working on iPad

    By TheShamansWife
I can’t choose size or colors - nothing happens when I touch those selections on my iPad.
  • Can't use it since last update

The touch screen doesn't let me choose drop down menus for size or color, so can't buy anything. Seems like a pretty big error if you want to make any money. FIX IT.

  • The bugs are continuing, along with my frustration with this app

Shopping via the Amazon app on my iPad Pro has been the biggest change in my shopping habits over the last couple years. It was easy, even enjoyable to use, from viewing images of a product to managing shopping lists and navigating a bunch of helpful features. But then 2018 happened. Whoever manages the updates for their iOS app decided to change things for reasons that we may never know. You can read recent reviews to see how wide-ranging the issues have become, so I will mention two that I’ve found most frustrating. First- you can no longer click on a product image to view full screen. It used to allow you to do this, along with swiping to view additional pictures. Simple enough, right? Not anymore! It’s not that it’s become difficult to do... it simply doesn’t work at all. It’s been going on for weeks, so either they took the feature away (bad idea) or they are ignoring the growing list of complaints in the app reviews. Second- some product images include a video, usually a short commercial-type video showing the product being used. I loved products that include a video! I could get a better sense of scale- will it be bigger or smaller than I expect, is it loud, does the color look different in the video than still images, etc. Not anymore! Now when I try to click on a product video, it goes to a blank screen and then takes me back to the main page, without having seen a video, forcing me to go back through the filters to find the product I just spent 15 minutes trying to locate in the first place. These are just 2 in a long & growing list of problems I’ve been experiencing for the last month or two. I’ve been reading concerns that others were listing in their reviews & agreed with practically everything, realizing this isn’t just an isolated issue or limited to certain tablets. I know this isn’t the most important issue in the world, but it got my attention because Amazon isn’t exactly some startup company you would expect bugs like this from. And even if you are ok with occasional bugs, the fact that they are lasting for weeks or months is a sign that they are losing touch with their customers. It makes me wonder if they are blinded by their success, interpreting negative feedback as just a few people that will never be satisfied. These reviews are canaries in the Amazon coal mine. Reminds me of Blackberry...
