    this is app is horrible , i ordered puma slides, it took $40 off my card because that’s how much they were , it said that it would be delivered oct 17-23rd . i went to my order history , didn’t show anything , contacted customer service and apparently my acc and order is pending and has not yet been processed. will not give me the shoes or refund and took my money . DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE MONEY !!
  • The latest update has rendered Amazon useless

    As a result of doing the latest update the Amazon app the longer works on my iPhone 7 Plus. I’ve done every fix it’s been recommended no longer works. Terrible app

    Used to be able to cancel orders from the app. Can no longer do it. Disappointed. Now I have to wait till I get on a computer.

    After the update the app just crashes everytime I open it. Tried rebooting, tried reinstalling, nothing fixes it. It's been like this for two days now. I guess I have to use the browser to access Amazon?

    I bought something on Monday night and I understood that it would be here Thursday for sure it is now Friday and I still don’t have it. They didn’t give me anything to compensate for the wait I am a prime member and I selected 2 day shipping. No reason to get prime if I don’t get it in two days super disappointing

    It’s honestly getting someone to help when you’re in dire need for an item. You get email, text and push notifications that an item arrives but check literally a minute later and there is absolutely nothing in the mailbox. I talked to CSR and they weren’t the least bit of help, considering they sounded like they were from Manila and using an American name to adapt. I work nights from home. So, it was supposed to be convenient for me. Lately, it’s been very touch and go. They also do not make it easy to change the prime plan to add family members for shipping capabilities.
