Love the app and the reminders! I’m don’t drink water as much but with the reminders keeps me hydrated all day, besides is fun to press the water cups! Tracking food is easy so many options!

Great for tracking calories and macros! Wish the water units were customizable for any bottle size and a full list of nutrients showed up (iron, vitamins etc) but this app definitely keeps me on track with my marathon training and general living! Just wish there were some small changes to track even more.
  • Helpful, but would love to see caffeine tracking and larger food catalog

The app is helpful for tracking your progress through the day and seeing your status on the watch. Would love to see caffeine tracking added and an expansion to the food catalog. Also would love to understand what the little green guy is doing on the watch. Doesn’t seem to be consistent with my food and water consumption, so would love to understand how to make use of it.

I don’t ever rate apps or count calories but since downloading this and letting it count calories I realize it’s just that simple. I now pay attention to what I eat and have lost 2 pounds a week for four weeks. That said I exercise five times a week as well, even before the app. But before the app I never actually lost weight.
  • Would give five stars

I would be nice if the app would allow for the user to enter nutrition manually.
  • I love it

I’ve used this app for about 3 months and it helped me lose weight but I don’t think it accurately tracks motion even though connected to my health app. Perhaps it’s a bug or just one less perk from not being premium? It says I only burn 7 calories and I have other apps that say otherwise and are more concise. Needs work on tracking movement and such to correspond with eating habits.

I needed help gaining weight, unlike most people that use the app, and I am happy to say it’s one of the most reliable sources for people to gain weight
  • Need Widget

I think we need quick widget so that we can do quick scan of the food that we are about to eat or more precisely this widget should be able to help us in doing everything quickly without the need to open the app for every small activity like to track how much water we have drink.
  • Needs Better/Verified Calorie Database

I liked the interface, color scheme, basic layout. There seemed to be an overly heavy emphasis on fad diets, but give the people what they want, right? But the reason I switched back to another tracker was that the calorie database was just way too cumbersome to sort through. When you’ve been tracking for a while you get a sense of what foods contain X amount of energy. Way too many entries were either overestimating calories, underestimating calories, or giving a bizarre calorie per gram/ounce number despite the “serving” number being ok. I had to double check everything and that meant manually manipulating the metrics at least a couple times a day. So... that’s a no go for me. Still, probably the prettiest of the tracking apps, especially when you clear all those initial advertisements away.
