I’ve told several people about this app and almost all of them have downloaded it. It’s so useful and makes counting calories so much easier! Definitely worth the download.
  • More options

I am not able to get Premium So I think it be better if people who don’t have premium have more options so just to be able to look at how they’re doing on their bit also be shown ways to fix it. But overall I enjoy this app thank you 😊.

Seems like a cool app but there should be a free 30 day trial for the premium features. Tons of other apps out there you don’t have to pay for to see nutrition details. I need to see if I like the premium details before spending money on the feature. Wanted to love the app since I count my macros daily. What a let down.

  • Poorly advertised

Support is difficult to get ahold of. It’s buried deep in the app. Shopping list is only available to people on a very specific combo of settings. Had I known I would have never signed up.
  • Great app

Can we add some pictures? Or drawings. I’m not paying so I’ll see how much it works out and if I reach halfway my goal maybe I’ll consider. But otherwise thank you great app.
  • The app is good but needs some work.

This app is one of the best but does have a few things that don’t make sense. You can see that you are well within carb limit yet it gives you sad face. Also it said 1tsp of cream is 20 cal and 1tbs is 887.
  • Keto and this App has helped

So let’s start off by saying that KETO works. I’ve used MyFitnessPal and it’s helped tremendously to know what I’m putting on my mouth. HOWEVER, I’m a sucker for layouts and organization. Lifesum beats them in that. MyFitnessPal biggest issue for me was NET carbs not calculating correctly. I had to use 2 different apps (carb manager and MyFitnessPal), to figure out next carbs. What I wish this app would have -restaurant nutritional breakdown -more options ex. Teaspoons, ounces grams..etc -net carb calculations, subtracting sugar alcohols, fibers and etc. Often times I’ve had a quest protein bar and when I log it in, it gives me a surplus on net carbs?? When I have set my carbs at 20net?
  • Good app, but...

Good app, but occasionally the data Lifesum is writing out to Apple Health doesn’t match up. It will remove all other data from the day in Apple Health, and replace it only with a single meal.
  • Very Good, But Could Be Better

I’ve been using this app for a few weeks now, and have to say, the features this app sets out to do, it does very well. The recipes are great, being able to track your meals/diet/and even overall health is very impressive. The only place I would suggest change is, like many have said, the notifications. Unlike most of the other “suggestive criticisms,” though, my chief complaint/wish is that there are never any “night shift mode” capabilities in health tracking. Many of us in healthcare like me and hundreds of other careers have had to switch their lives nocturnal. 24-hour gyms and grocery stores have helped, but there is still so much room for improvement! If there were just a way to tell the apps to switch from breakfast/lunch/dinner at 8-ish, 12-ish, and 6-ish to those equivalents during the night! Or for activity and sleep to be better tracked at the opposite “normal” time! Granted this isn’t something Lifesum offers at all, but this is such a missed opportunity from health apps!
