All the advertisements I was shown about this game almost seem completely different, I was interested and downloaded this of course. Then come to realize it’s not really like the random pop up ads I have been seeing and it’s just a glorified Candy Crush.

I was expecting what the “commercial” looked like, escaping zombies using puzzles and stuff. Nothing like that - at all. Not even close. This is basically like Clash of clans or those other clan/alliance-based games where you must band together and build up your fort/sanctuary. I stuck it out for a while but eventually got tired of neighboring clans just ganging up on us. Not what I wanted and a waste of my time. Very misleading with the commercials that advertise something different.

This game is great on most games getting gems take so long and so much playing but on this game it doesn’t take as long and it’s just so fun to play I think you should play it 😀

Despite how the advertisements make this game seem like a puzzle adventure game, the reality is this game is a creatively bankrupt, base-building cash grab and little else. The story of this zombie apocalypse is that an evil corporation created a virus—wait! Wasn’t there another zombie franchise that used that exact idea? Of course there was and PNS just ripped them off because they have not one original idea to add to the genre. In an earlier version of the game, they literally called a character a “tyrant” and the artwork was just a variant of the character from Resident Evil. They’ve since had to change it, along with character art for several heroes b/c the RE publishers must have gotten wind of their flagrant copyright violations. But don’t worry, they still rip off Silent Hill, Mad Max: Fury Road, and threw in some generic anime school girls because, why not? The ads make this game seem as if the puzzles matter and they really don’t. The puzzles, like the story, are a hastily thrown together ad-on that barely effects anything in-game. It doesn’t matter how good your puzzle skills are, if you don’t have the necessary numbers to overcome the obstacle, you can’t win. Period. And then there’s the toxic culture of the top alliances in most states that are populated by petty wannabe tyrants who have spent hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars and countless hours so they can make arbitrary rules so they can pretend to be lords of their own little fiefdoms. Virtual fiefdoms in a mobile game you play on your phone and cost you a fortune to acquire that has zero real-world value. (Maybe the target audience is crypto bros.) Someone telling me they have 1 billion might in PNS makes me feel sad for them that they have nothing better to do with their time or money. The final straw for me was a recent survey where they asked what kind of new heroes they should introduce: superheroes or aliens. Yeah. Class act these developers. Bottom line: avoid this game.
