  • Adobe really needs to address multiple accounts

    By 0dysseus
Adobe really needs to address that many people have multiple accounts. You’d think they’d address this by now. Everyone else has figured it out.
  • Doing it the hard way

It’s easier to remember a password than to go through this convoluted process.

After being frustrated with being logged out of Adobe every time my computer restarts, now I’m logged out and I need my phone to log back in. ADOBE MADE A BAD SYSTEM WORSE. If Adobe is so concerned about people stealing software then you should charge less, smh. 👎
  • Useless

This shouldn’t even exist. I shouldn’t need to log into a desktop app constantly.
  • Improved

    By Enigmatic_earwig
When I first installed, it said my phone wasn’t a supported device. It now works. I still find the fact that I just can’t stay logged in really annoying but at least this app makes it somewhat less annoying.
  • Annoying

What is the point Adobe made such app? This is the reason why we should not allowed one company to dominate the market.
  • Stupid that a Separate App is Required

    By Kyle Lad
And guess what? It doesn’t work for organizational accounts...only personal. Waste of time!
  • Worthless

If they can’t get an app right, how are their products? I thought adobe was a standup quality company. But this thing is horrible. It doesn’t do it it says it supposed to do. You don’t stay logged in even if you click on the option. So I’m not quite sure what the purpose of this is
  • Poorly Executed Concept and App

This is one of the most poorly executed processes I have ever come across for logging in to an account. Cumbersome, non intuitive and puts you in endless loops. Waste of time. As Monty Python once famously said; “Run Away Run Away!”
  • Doesn’t work

    By CrazyhorseEd
Put in email and click continue and nothing happens. Total junk.
