    I love this app! It’s not hard whatsoever to work. It’s 7 minute workouts for beginners. $5 a week isn’t anything when you think about what you waste $5 on daily. Chinara is super sweet and even checked in with me via chat. I thought that was super cool! I highly suggest this app to people who have a busy schedule like myself.

    I had gotten into a bit of a funk with my daily fitness routine. By funk I mean I had done absolutely nothing for about 6 months. I had major surgery in November and decided now was the time to revisit better habits. This app is great. Workouts are short and fun. You can easily adjust to your level, or allow the app to do it for you. I look forward to my quick burst of activity.
