    I really can’t say enough about this app & it is the best one I’ve ever tried! I LOVE IT!!!!! The workouts are challenging but there is something for every experience level. The one piece of feedback I want to convey is that when completing a workout ahead of schedule (like from the next week), it would be nice if you could actually click through and complete the workout. The way it is now, I can view the workout, but I have to wait until the day I’m scheduled to do the workout to click through and get credit for it. When this happens too I am not able to access the stretching at the end. Thank you for an amazing app!!!

    I like how they can give you alternatives for each workout - I have a bad shoulder due to Lebrun tear surgery a few years back and was worried that I can’t do most of these workouts - but NOPE!!! Love the first of many

    I feel like a boss when I go to the gym because I know exactly what I need to work on. I just follow the exercises and if I don’t like one, she offers alternative similar exercises. No hay excusa. Gasté 30 mil en la medusa- versace. 😂

    Love this app. Butttt am I the only one who finds the beginner barre program to be more like a moderate level? There’s not really any breaks so I end up having to take them and then completely miss some moves because it goes so fast!

    This app is simply amazing and resourceful! It is so easy to organize your workouts for the weeks and keep track of your progress! There are so many varieties of exercises to sort through and add along the way!! I LOVE IT!!!

    This is honestly the best app I’ve used after countless years trying Sweat by Kayla Itsines, Grace Beverley’s app, etc… I love how user friendly this is and how you can switch out exercises if you don’t have access to a machine or something. The only feedback I have though is something weird has changed with the demo videos on each exercise, they’re now white squares and overall just look a bit weird. It’s not every program but so far I’ve noticed it with Krissy’s guide.
