    Krissy has somehow cracked the code on how to make a life changing workout program. She has given you all the tools you need in one app to become the healthiest version of yourself. It’s so simple and user friendly, and as a gym newbie I already feel SO confident going into the gym...and I’m only on week six!! This app is so encouraging because you can literally feel and see yourself getting stronger and stronger. 100/10 recommend!!

    I love everything the app offered. I’m going to have to unsubscribe though because I need all of the workouts I’ve completed for the week displayed on one screen. I don’t have a set leg or cardio day due to my schedule so the current app I’m using helps me keep track.
  • I love her but not the app

    I like the concept of her app as it includes everything needed for fitness. Unfortunately, I canceled after one month. The repetitive workouts weren’t what I was looking for and i found myself uninspired to workout at the third week as I knew what the workouts were already going to consist of. They were also really short, which depending on your time, might work but i was looking for something more challenging.I prefer to use her Instagram account because I love her workouts and need the variety. I also think her vegan meal plan could use improvements. She opted for a lot of processed meat replacements and it seems like it wasn’t as thought out. I wish she would have used more of plant based proteins (like black Beans, chickpeas, quinoa, etc) instead of emphasizing fake meat.

    I watched her YouTube channel and loved how real she was and am on my 6th week. The app has short video clips of how to do the workout, an area to post your progress pictures and also a nutrition plan with calories. She personally responds back to your emails and I am super impressed with my results. I would like more soups in the nutritional food suggestions and maybe a few healthy dessert options, but it’s been such a well Thought out app. The 5th week is absolutely killer. Can’t wait for the 2nd phase..but I am also nervous. This is very reasonable and she gives solid advice on your YT videos as well.

    If you know Krissy, you know she is one of the most genuine and dedicated people out there! She truly cares about helping people achieve their goals and it really shows in the app. It’s designed to be like your own personally trainer in your pocket and gives you the motivation to get healthy and push yourself physically in ways you didn’t think of before!! Love it love it love it!!!
  • Great App!! But it needs work - has potential

    I love Krissy and I absolutely adore that this app is very easy to use. It’s concise and the fact that every workout comes with a video clip that plays seamlessly is fantastic! But it needs big work on these: 1. A place to write notes on each excercise “ like how much weight I used so when I look back on that same work out I can see how much I’m growing.” 2. Vegetarian and Vegan meal plans are crap. We do not eat for the most part meal replacements- we eat real food. It honestly seems like you guys cheaped out on us. 3. Most work outs for a wider range of specific body parts on the body quick work out section. 4. Give an option to lose 1 or 2 pounds a week. And explain why on certain decisions for the nutrition aspect. We need more information. And not on a pdf. 5. I love that it’s streamlined but it looks a bit cheap, Can we have more fun on the design for future updates? I love this app though, I am a huge supporter of it and I only want it to get better 💪🏽 Krissy is the bomb.com ♥️

    Krissy has really done an awesome job here, I love this app so so much! Although I follow many fitness influencers on Instagram who offer coaching/programs, I’ve never purchased any. But when krissy released Tone & Sculpt I broke down and tried it out! And honestly, I expected to have wasted my money—not due poor design or content, but purely due to the lack of motivation/consistency that I’ve always experienced with fitness. But “LET ME TELL YOU” this app is so user friendly and so gosh darn motivating. When I step up in the gym I know exactly what I need to be doing. And each day that I press “complete” on my workout I feel so satisfied that I can’t wait to come back the next day (even if I am waddling from being so sore)! Also, if you follow Krissy on Instagram she posts on her story the progress of other women who are using the app, which truly creates a sense of community and motivates me to get my butt to the gym. Krissy does not leave you to fend for yourself, she is truly there for her clients! It’s only been two weeks but I really feel that this app has helped me commit to fitness like I never have before. The only way you won’t see results is if you give up. So thank you Krissy, for once I can’t wait to continue!
  • It’s ok but repetitive

    I love that you can check things off as you go and easily see videos but what I dislike the most is honestly how repetitive it is with each workout muscle group. By week 4 you’re still doing the same workouts for hamstrings that you did in week 1. To me, I would like more of a variety. Sometimes there’s supersets thrown in but I like to do supersets to begin with so I was already doing that with the same exercises, but it seems to me that you’re doing the same stuff exactly like how you did it week 1 as you go along. Granted you can up your weights but maybe there should be some more targeting and isolation workouts thrown in throughout. I don’t feel like $15 a month is worth it.
