This is robbery. The X to cancel the subscription screen AFTER entering personal data is shady. It’s not visible. The developer is aware of this for months and has made zero effort to fix. Total bs.

I did not know this app was $120 a year. Please post this price first before you start billing me. Cancel subscription.

Saw where offered free trial,, filled out info and few minutes later saw where charged credit card for one year. Went to settings and cancelled subscription and still showed on my credit card. Filed a dispute with credit card company.

I accidentally purchased the subscription for $119. Went though customer support. Nothing resolved. Went through PayPal only opens a case without guarantee. Finally I contacted Apple customer support through the chat. Gave them my case number and received refund. Make sure to get a reference number.
  • Deceptive Practices

I Download this app and opened it for the first time and was prompted to subscribe for a year for $120. The ability to cancel at that point is very elusive, I would say deceptive because they hide the close button. They provide no option for a free trial without you knowing how to circumvent their deception subscription invitation. Bad players. Sad, because I really wanted to try this app.

I downloaded this app with the impression that it was free only to find out that without being asked I was automatically signed up for a year subscription for 131$ which was on my credit card immediately who put my consent. I cancelled my subscription in the app but now have to wait to see if it comes off my card??? Makes no sense! You need to try a free app for a period of time before knowing if its value is worth a subscription and then “I” should be asked if I want to continue and select my option, Very upsetting and feels like a trap. I won’t be using this app and have contacted my bank. Bummer because it looked like it may be a good one.
