    It does not actually copy workouts very well into the program. Been in a few programs where the template did not match the workout. You get to the gym and find out you haven’t been doing the full workout or doing too much.

    The programs are nothing special. Most are typical bro splits. Lots of errors when it comes to exercise selection for a program. The tracker is good though. And video production is nice but also not necessary. I want to know what to do and not have to watch a minutes long video on it.

    This is a fantastic workout program app. I just completed a program by Fitness Culture and can say Bodybuilding’s app is way cleaner and a much better product. The only thing I would change or recommend to the developers is to add the option to put max lift stats for programs so that it can put a prepopulated weight in sets for you to strive to attack during workouts. Fitness Culture does have this feature which is a differentiator.

    If you’re following a program than this is exactly what you need to achieve greatness inside the gym. It does exactly what I need it to do for a workout application. The dev has made incredible progress upgrading the app and I hope they continue to improve it. The one thing that I wish was part of the app is incorporating a buzzer or ding once the rest timer has finished. In a lot of the workout apps around they have this feature and it’s amazing. It allows you to keep your phone away while you focus on each and every set without having to constantly look to see if the timer has completed. Please please add this! Except for that very very little weakness, this app is amazing and I recommend to all!
