  • Horrible website

    By RoxySamC
We have had AT&T firstnet service since it started in our area. To be a billion dollar company you would think there would be a workable website. I dread paying the bill every month because it’s the sit and wait game. If I could have left no stars I would have
  • Terrible

    By Spike5484
The app just takes you to their extremely flawed website. It takes multiple attempts for the website to load properly to even pay your bill. The website seems like it was built by a high school intern and it’s been that way for years.
  • Chat or bill pay

    By popobwilly
You can see your payment that is due but cannot click on it to take you to att to pay for it. Just reopening the same page. Also the chat doesn’t work.
  • Hopefully it works one day

I would have been better off sticking with AT&T. Not sure why they were so proud to “Support First Responders” considering they clearly care much less about FirstNet than they do AT&T. Would love this app if it would just work. Won’t even allow me to sign in even tho my information is correct. I can sign in to my account on the website, however I apparently do not exist on the app. I wish AT&T would just continue to take care of the FirstNet customers.
  • Terrible Service App and Service

    By JachinPatlur1
The customer service representatives don’t know anything. The app and the website won’t let you view your bills or even pay your bill. The sales associates at AT&T said the watch is $10/month, but the FirstNet sales representative said its $25/month. No one knows what’s going. My bill is almost triple what it usually is and the sales associates don’t know what’s going on, neither do the phone representatives. The app is useless. The website is useless. Any option you click, it takes you to a screen to “Upgrade your device”. AT&T messed up big time by releasing this service and app before setting anything up. It’s better to pay more and stay with AT&T then to switch to FirstNet.
  • This is barely an app, and an embarrassment

    By AeroD
So, there’s nowhere to start here. This is a shell that presents web pages that most often don’t work. Billing issues? Call the 800 number and get a confused person who tells you to go to a store so you can get Covid. We signed up and never even got a phone number. Apple if you read these reviews, how could you even call this an app?
  • What is going on

    By elpapi colombiano
I can’t access my bill online or in app. Nobody knows what is going on. 🤔😥

I agree with chrisb626 this is a funky poorly designed and executed app created by and approved by the leading company AT&T. Such a disgrace. If nothing is done to improve this shameful app I’ll have to switch back to AT&T. So AT&T what say you? What will you do?
  • Worthless

    By l33th3x0r
App just links you to the website, 100% useless.
  • Decent Mobile Service, Awful App

    By Wyocowboi
App seems to work only about 5% of the time. Need to start from scratch.
