The app’s call feature doesn’t work! Why?? When I first started using the app, the Call feature was working. Now, for several months, it just stopped working. Why? My phone is an IOS 7+. I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall many times but still doesn’t work.

App needs an auto-update feature. Every time the company updates the app you will need to delete the current version and completely download the new version again. That wouldn’t be the biggest deal except for the fact that deliv has to update this thing almost weekly it seems! The access to hours and the way they are booked are also constantly changing. Communication between dispatch, depot and specialist could also be much better. Many dispatch are rude and/or unresponsive. Depot will literally send out 10 texts in a row within 2 mins when orders are ready for pick up but when you walk in, orders still are not actually ready. When u actually can get consistent hours though work is cool, pay favorable and is on time.

In Seattle it works very well the compensation fluctuates sometimes. It is a very good part-time job especially when they’re busy.Customer service has always been helpful for me, I didn’t like when you used to be able to see your deliveries and pick up already scheduled for you
  • App is alright. Dispatch is terrible

The app needs some major upgrading by some sophisticated app company because right now it’s too basic . We should be able to text the customers with an anonymous or coded number , we should be able to rate customers as well , we should be able to book way more hours as it gets frustrating when you put all your Hope on working hours only to get way less hours, etc . Dispatch needs to be more communicative as they leave you in the dark and I think it’s because they’re way overstaffed. Besides that the pay is good and better than the other tech-savvy side gigs I do per weekly earnings. You could make over $500 doing 28 hours but like I said major upgrades to the dispatch and app is imminent.

This job used be awesome; $18 per hour but now it’s $8 per hour; also they used to be really nice; now they’re getting nasty; money hungry and treat you like 2nd class citizens. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY in NYC
  • Horrible APP and Support Team!

These APP-based companies are getting more and more incompetent as time goes on. I had a VERY unprofessional experience with 80% of Deliv staff. It would be nice if they acted professional/competent and knew how to treat people [in general]; once they figure that out they may actually last more than a year, we shall see! Please forward my feedback to management and thanks for doing so on my behalf. The compensation is terrible so take my warning to NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME!
  • Updated App Needs tweaking

Nice features with the updated app. Needs tweaking as there is no space anymore for notes for dispatcher to advise when a customer states, “do not ring bell baby sleeping or leave package in front of door”. Also, no pre-notice to dispatcher that driver will be late to deliver as there are traffic issues or no parking.

It does not accurately rack your delivery. And the router is the worst. It will change your task halfway to your pick up. I don’t like it it needs more tweaking.
  • Better, but...

It’s pretty user friendly. Still a ton of steps to pick up an order, which okay. I can live with. But it’s been 3 weeks and every week I try to get hours I can’t because of the traffic on the app at 9 pm. I’ve had good WiFi and tried cell service. It’s increasingly frustrating. Please fix? Thanks.

Nice update but I believe it still needs a few tweaks. I think there is one too many steps in the app. I parked in chicken seems to be the same to me. Not sure if there is a multiple packages scan. It would be nice if you would bring it back. For a wow I was getting text from dispatches asking if I delivered a package. By then I was already on my next drop off.
