    I have been eating keto for a while now but decided to really lock it down. This app has been very helpful and eye opening with some of my eating habits. My only critique would be to add in extra calories for any exercise completed for that day. I have to use another app (that’s not keto friendly) and I don’t like having to go back and forth. Overall, very impressed.

    Best diet ever. Great app. I did Atkins years ago very successfully however gained weight back after 20 years. This app provides easy tracking and truly delicious recipes something that dieters didn’t have back then.

    This is the easiest keto app and meal plan I’ve ever followed. I pick all my meals for the week, shop by the day, and best of all, the recipes are easy to prepare. I can modify almost every meal to fit my likes and dislikes. Will continue to use as long as the app works. Down side is that sometimes it freezes and I have to reset or download it again to get it working.
