    I have been playing PUBG for years. But in the current version, it not only changed my button layout to default but I couldn’t change it at all.

    Love the game, love the new updates. New-old player, I love that they updated a lot of the old mechanics of the game and it’s not a severe pay to win game, you can have fun spending zero dollars. Although it certainly helps as far as TDM is concerned. All that aside the customer service is what’s killing me. I payed for the prime plus subscription, immediately afterwards the game interface states that I cancelled the subscription request. I checked everything, email, bank statement, and Apple to confirm I did in-fact successfully purchase the subscription. I brought it to the attention of the in-game customer service to which they responded, our bank can not verify your purchase please send us screenshots to verify my claim. I tried, and was unable to send them the screenshots, and they stopped responding. I had to search around for about 20 minutes to find a PUBG mobile customer help email. I reached out to them on this matter over 24 hours ago to which I have received one response stating I didn’t include my nickname so they couldn’t verify my information. They also informed me that I was speaking with the Korean customer help, and that they would have difficulty trying to help me because of the language barrier. I’ve requested to be transferred to the North American department but I’m not even sure one exists, at least not for customer service. All this has been way to pain staking to deal with just to get an edge in the game. I’m sure its just a bug or something that caused the issue. But nobody is going out of there way, or even seems to be doing the bare minimum when it concerns financial claims. I guess I’m not spending enough to catch their attention. They had no problem taking my money, it seems as though they have gone nearly blind and deaf now that I have asked enough questions. Hopefully this can get a little attention. I can’t have been the only person this has happened too.

    Really upset with the new update. Made TDM not even fun without choosing your guns and having to earn them. Change it please!
