The RP Diet App was designed by nutritional experts and data scientists to do one thing and one thing only: GET YOU RESULTS! This app is NOT A TRACKER. You don't type in the foods or macros you eat. This app is a DIET DESIGNER and COACH. It tells you what to eat, not the other way around! There are tons of tracker apps out there, and many of them are very good. But this is one of the only diet coaching apps. If you're frustrated with your diet and just want a clear but flexible plan to follow, this is the app for you. The RP Diet App takes the uncertainty out of your hands and guides you every step of the way to your fitness goals. You log in and tell the app about yourself, including your current schedule. You also tell the app about your next goal. You can choose to lose fat, gain muscle, or maintain an athletic physique at peak performance. Based on the goal you choose, the app designs a custom diet that fits your schedule, but it doesn't choose your foods. For each meal, YOU get to choose the foods you eat from a long (and growing) list of healthy options, and the app automatically tells you how much of these foods to eat so that you're on track to meet the goal you set. The app will remind you when it's time to eat your meals and when it's time to step on the scale to track your progress. By inputting your weight just a few times a week, the app will automatically adjust your diet every week to keep you on track. What does this mean? It means that you don't have to fret or worry about your diet anymore. You just have to choose your favorite healthy foods, eat when the app reminds you, and watch your body transform. When you have serious goals, don't leave them to chance. Leave them to science. While the app accommodates countless ways of eating, it's not yet currently configured to support vegan diets or the schedules of night shift workers. Both updates are coming VERY soon, and the vegan diet option is already well underway in development and promises to be very, very powerful and easy to use.     I wish I could pick other things like 80/20 meat and it calculate it for me and it would be awesome if I could pick two or so sources of carbs cause I want to have a burrito but my main source of carbs is in the burrito so it doesn’t count he wrap right now.
  • Easy to use RP!

    I love the ease of use and auto adjustments to my macros. Meal planning is much more simple from the ability to check off options and the transfer to shopping list and reminders, this is a great way to use RP, especially if you are a beginner. Holding back one star only because I’d love the option to mix some of the foods more but am otherwise loving the app.

    This app is perfect! I love the templates but i feel like this app helps take out most of the guess work you have when on the templates... only wish the kodiac cakes mix was on here... or the app allowed for creating some foods...
  • Overnight/3rd Shift Workers no options

    I have to say this HS great potential and I can see the ability to provide a no excuse way to eat well. Numerous gym members are using it and love it, however I am in the minority and work 3rd shift and the app does not support a 24hr clock. Seems like a simple fix yet still hasn’t been supported yet. For me not worth the $15/month as the main aspects of the app are not available to me.

    This app is way better then the templates! It’s like having a nutritional coach every day! Macros are adjusted or not based on your own personal goals. One tip I recommend is weighing yourself more than once a week. It will help average out your loss throughout the week. I love that it lists my target macros each meal and then the weight I need each source to be. So easy to meal prep and grab and go after I hit my scale. Thank you RP for creating such an easy way to stay on task!

  • I like it, but it needs work.

    Great app for keeping you on target. It needs more food added and hopefully one day we can split our macros between various carbs, fats, protein veggies etc. Should be able to change overall objectives mid stream without needing to stop diet and do another base week or so. I enjoy being able to modify my day as it goes along but the app should store the meals you’ve already checked in and compensate because you can’t go back 6 hours and up your protein.

    Def some quirks - would be nice to be more like MFP where you could add multiple foods, bc who just eats one protein/carb/fat source??? Having the macro meal total works for me and I do my own calculations.

    Love this app! After following templates off an on for years this makes everything easier. It would be nice to be able to combine different foods into each macro allotment. But other than that this has been super easy to use.
