    I’ve used several mediation apps before checking this one out and none of them come close. Waking up provides you with both the practice and knowledge you need to really reap the immense benefits of mindfulness meditation, and is the only app I’ve used that encourages you to apply the practice to ordinary moments of your life. I’ve shared this app with so many friends and family members because I know how powerful it is. Whether you’re interested meditation but don’t know where to start, or you’ve already tried meditation in the past but never got too far, this app will help you get far along your journey.

    I really enjoyed the 7-day trial and was willing to start a monthly subscription for what use to be $15, however there are now only annual subscriptions available ($99). Defiantly not willing to commit that much money and honestly seems too bait and switch and makes me question the ethics of this app and Harris.
