  • Crashes too often to be useable.

    By Superdooperman
I’ve been waiting for this to come out for a long time now, and so far it’s been disappointing. It crashes often especially after multiple consecutive strokes using the rope stabilizer, causing me to lose progress. It has so much potential but I wish these bugs would be fixed. It’s hard to believe this has been in development for three years and an issue this prevalent wasn’t found and ironed out.

  • No Keyboard support

    By A. Toonguy
My main problem with the app is the fact that there’s no keyboard support for common actions like constrain and delete. Designer may be considered the top dog, but it’s entering a world of Vectornator and Graphic where many touch actions are replicated by their common keyboard equivalent. Additionally, the common way to expose what keyboard actions are available is to hold down the command key with the app open. That’s not supported in Designer which gave me the first impression that there must not be keyboard support.
  • Haven’t been this exited about an app since downloading Procreate!

    By infintelea
I remember being on YouTube and deciding I have an iPad Pro, I might as well learn to use this to it full potential. So I looked up the Must have apps on IPad Pro 10.5, and Procreate was the app that I just kept hearing about on most of the videos so inspired by them I bought the app, eventually leading me to by the Apple Pencil. Sadly, I feel like there is a lack of art/design apps that support Apple Pencil that well my picky standards on the App Store. This app gave me the SAME hope and feeling i got when I downloaded Procreate for the first time. I’m the same amount of excited and ready to learn all over again! THANKS Serif!
  • Ain’t that a KICK IN THE .....!

    By RPJ Kingdom
I’ve got LumaFusion, which I love. And I’ve heard some great stuff about Affinity and how it’s a great companion to LumaFusion. I’ve checked videos on YouTube. I Did some research. And when I saw that in was $6 off, I bought photo AND designer. The description says it’s not compatible with iPads older than iPad Air2. Well the iPad Mini4 was created slightly after the Air2. It’s not older. And the specs of the Air2 and the Mini4 are the same, not including the size. So, even according to the description, one would think that this app would be compatible with an iPad Mini4. BUT ITS NOT! Someone could have at least said “NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ANY MINI SERIES iPAD”. That’s $13.99 x2 down the toilet.
  • Life-changing

    By ReBoooot
As a designer I could not wait to be an early adopter of this monumental and life-changing piece of software. The creators of this app have created a desk top quality app then went beyond anything desktop can do and turned into a superApp that may Force designers to switch to iPad forever. The training videos that came with the app are of such high-quality that I was up and running in no time if you hours and I’ve replaced my previous app that I paid a ridiculous amount of money for with something that’s more streamlined enjoyable and logical to use. I can’t stress enough how great this app is

Best app on the market, I can’t wait for Publisher to come out!
  • Adobe illustrator killer

    By freshlesh
Everything I have wanted from Adobe illustrator and then some. I haven't wanted to use illustrator in days and the few times I "needed" to were to work with desktop fonts I only have on my computer. Hardcore illustrator fan but can do pro work with just this app. I can use multiple art boards, puppet warp, great pressure sensitivity with the Apple pencil. If I can transfer my brushes from procreate this might be my only drawing app.
  • Issues with Apple Pencil

    By Righty491
Was really excited for this app, but it’s extremely buggy when using the Apple Pencil. It constantly brings the UI back when my hand touches the display causing what I’m writing/drawing to get messed up. Can’t reliably use the app until this is fixed.
  • Phenomenal app

    By MotionHouse
I’ve been waiting for a full featured vector drawing app for years but Adobe has never stepped up to the plate. AD for the iPad has all the functionality that you would expect from a desktop app. I was able to get up and running in only a couple of hours. AD for vector and Procreate for raster work... my life is complete. My only criticism is the move tool. I wish there was a way to select it using a gesture. I find myself going to the tool bar repeatedly to select it, which gets a bit tiresome after awhile. Also, it’s a bit temperamental when selecting a grouped object with an Apple Pencil. Instead of moving an item, I find myself often resizing it, which is not what I was looking to do. In all though, this is a must-have tool for any illustrator.
