    The bike and app is a great way of working out, the stability and reliability of the app are absolutely terrible, needs to be fixed immediately or I will be looking for a refund on the bike I bought 2 weeks ago and will buy a peleton instead
  • App crashes during use

    Works intermittently. App crashes in the middle of virtual ride. I don’t think it’s an issue with my phone as I closed all the apps in the background, restarted my phone, and re-installed the app. Today I updated the app, but it still crashed and when I attempt to re-open, it won’t load to the select user page. I’m using iPhone XS with OS 12.0.1 I’ve been considering the upgrade to the full version but $400 is too steep for an app that interrupts me during my workout. Hope they come out with another bug fix soon, as I’d like to keep track of my stats, but there’s no other way to other than this app.

    The app is awful. You spend at least 15 minutes before your workout trying to get the app to stay running. Once it finally decides to stay running it is a decent app. You could have rode the bike at least 10 miles by the time you get the app loaded. You constantly have to completely close the app out and restart it and hope it loads up. Needs major work. No way I would even think about paying for a subscription when the app is so terrible it won’t load.
  • Unreliable app - makes the bike worthless

    App only connects sometimes, usually fails. Tech support is hard to connect with, and mostly just tells you to uninstall and reinstall the app - that works sometimes, fails most times. And, the bike is useless without the app. Returning it, if I can get them to send the return code.
  • Do not waste your time or money

    This app does not work. I paid for the connect subscription but it only allows me access to free content. On demand classes do not work. Live classes do not work. It keeps asking me to subscribe but when I look at my subscription and receipt, I’m subscribed. Customer service is basically useless as they are extremely non responsive. I should have gotten the peloton. This is a scam.

    Bike seems to be good and well built. The subscription that you have to purchase on the app is bad. Expensive and hardly worth it. One live class per day at hours that most likely won’t work for your schedule. And the subscription I purchased won’t allow me to use the on demand classes. Very dissatisfied!
  • I’m sure it would be nice if I could use it

    Bought the everything plan with my bike, but it won’t activate. Yes, I logged on using the same email address that I used to buy the bike. Chat was no help. They told me to email the app development team. Should have bought a Peloton.
  • Can I have a do over???

    I picked this bike based on the reviews and fact that you use your own device vs. a built in one that may go unsupported at any time. The bike isn’t the highest quality bike I’ve been on but it’s ok. Putting it together was relatively easy except for getting the seat on which was a fiasco. That said, the app should get zero stars. My subscription that I pre-purchased didn’t show and only after multiple emails and instant chatting did my subscription finally show up correctly. Note the instant chat function was also buggy so that what you typed didn’t actually show on the screen. Now I have a new iPad that I wanted to use. Now same issue - my subscription isn’t showing after logging in (but it shows on my other iPad). I’ve logged out, deleted and reinstalled, etc. with no resolution. Now back to emails. Also when logging in it doesn’t allow you to open up your own profile half the time (only “guest” option shows). Not sure how this product is even on the market seeing how it is app dependent and the app is terrible (trying not to use four-letter words to describe it). Had I know these issues existed I would not have purchased this product.
  • Crashes, won’t show additional family members

    The app wasn’t great to begin with but since yesterday’s update it’s truly terrible. It crashes constantly and doesn’t show additional family members on the plan. When you search for a specific time or type of class it doesn’t seem to take the search. And then it crashes again. I finally gave up.
