  • Best app ever

    By KatNandi
I absolutely love it. The approach to learning makes me come back religiously. But can tech help me? It won’t populate the “tip” or instructions module before I start a lesson. Is there an update soon to fix this?
  • Subscription doesn’t matter

    By DecentTreetops
Listen, when I got the app, it was free for over a year or so. I understand developers need revenue to improve and fix the app. The subscription I paid for was only 20$ for life on a Black Friday deal! That’s a better deal than I see any other app with, and has much more information. The fact that you have to pay does not, in any way, influence my opinion of the app. It’s by far better than Rosetta Stone, has more content, and is much cheaper. Good luck finding a quality language app for free, because this is the beat language app around.
  • Definitely one of the best language apps out there

    By haiaasb
You get so much stuff for free, including alphabet charts, and I actually feel like I’m learning something with this app. I can’t wait to buy the lifetime full access. Only thing I have to say is that learning Russian should be added too! :)
  • I love it!

    By MI Linny
This app so wonderful! I suggest it to anyone who is trying to learn any of the languages this app offers. I couldn’t afford a subscription to other language apps, this app company is free and is well developed. I love the language grammar tips before the lessons they help so much in learning to speak a properly constructed sentence. My Tia is a TESOL language teacher, I showed her this app and she loved it! The little lingo deer is cute and the 4-year old I watch loves to see it pop up with different expressions as we do the lessons together.
  • Very good but room for improvement

    By Abikjn
I’m at about 40% through level 1 and the glitches are getting pretty annoying. There is a feedback window, but for all of the times when I have reported incorrect scoring or problems with the user interface I’ve never gotten an acknowledgment or any indication that anyone is reading my messages. On DuoLingo I regularly received messages back either telling me that my response is now included as a correct response, or a reason why it is considered incorrect. Duolingo did not have any of the wonky interface issues that this app has. Sometimes it’s impossible to place a tile where it needs to go so I just give up and submit an incorrect response just to move on. Or you need three tiles to form the correct answer and there are only two spaces. Many other instances that are frustrating. Finally, I usually study at night and I like the dark background, until I finish a lesson and get sent back to the screens with blinding white backgrounds - ouch!!! All that said, it is a very good learning tool if the UI were better it would be a 5!
  • Abonnement ?

    By Taetitia
Bonjour.
  • Amazing!!

    By Jayf0627
This by far the best app I have ever downloaded! I’m using it to learn Korean. I went through tons of apps but I couldn’t find one that is engaging and informative. This app is really fun and I love how you can customize it. The voice sounds very authentic and human like. I absolutely love it!

  • I love this app but if there is a bug get ready to wait

    By Dilltheherb
As a paid app, these bugs and glitches need to be taken care of in a timely manner especially now that you made us pay for the app. I use this app every single day and if I can’t do it it throws my schedule off! Please fix problems in a timely manner because I love everything else about it! So they fixed the problem I had but it took a week.
  • Great but could be better

I love this app but I wish it would give us an option to learn the brush stroke order for Japanese and Chinese characters. But it’s a great app!
