    I used the translate function once to test, it cut me off during a natural pause in the sentence to ask me to review the App, so I did. 1 Star.

    I would give this a zero star if I could. As other users, I cannot cancel the free one week trial subscription. I downloaded to try it today. It does not show up as a subscription, I think, because the trial is free. Even though it says you can cancel any time within the first week you can’t because it does not show as a subscription. Apple was no help because they just keep saying it isn’t a subscription, even though I had to click on free one week subscription. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP UNLESS YOU ARE SURE YOU WANT TO KEEP IT AND PAY FOR IT.

  • God, didn’t know this charges so much!

    I downloaded the app during my trip in Portugal as one of the taxi drivers spoke only Portugees, that was the only use and then I had to pay for almost $44, was it informed? I don’t think so because I didn’t even choose the subscription option at all and this automatically charged me $21.76 per week... this is crazy and a scam!!!

    Muy bueno, el otro dia tuve que comunicarme con una persona que habla japones y no entiendo nada, entonces copiaba el texto que el me ponia, lo pegaba en la app y me traducia bien todo a español y viceversa, muy util

    I never wanted to use this but the auto renewal and forced charge is unethical and wrong. I never installed the app when I saw paid subscription but eventually you have forced a payment. Refund my money. I am sure you know that such sales tactics don’t work.
  • Doesn’t recognize being on the internet

    While the app in general does a pretty decent job, it is frustrating that it doesn’t always recognize being online and will not translate. Restarting the device, closing the app doesn’t work to correct the issue. This one I actually am paying for and it is only working about 75% of the time. Therefore should only be pay 75% of the bill. I am considering canceling the subscription and deleting the app. It needs to function at least 98% of the time.
