    This app is really great and useful in many way. The use of the VPN is has it’s pros and cons. When using my gps to travel, I notice some it send me to the wrong location while using google maps. When I’m not on Wi-Fi it’s constantly always it’s going back in forward with VPN on and off. I see it blinking in the top right corner of my phone. It says 5G the VPN. It’s constantly back and forth.

  • Cannot Log In; Cannot Get Support

    App says it can’t validate my account before i even get to log in. 45 minutes on phone with people who don’t know anything about the app, and they ask if i can try another time. Today, AT$T is having “technical difficulties” and no calls can get through to customer “support.” “Technical difficulties” also prevent them for scheduling a call back to my AT$T cell numbee. This IS a phone company, yes???

    As soon as I downloaded it my phone started heating up as though lots of apps were running and such but I was only checking a few things…so I’m sure they now have all my info

    I’ve had to turn it off to use other apps and phone systems. Takes up to ten minutes to run endless system sweeps. Unsatisfactory Currently trying to remove the app. It insists that I agree to terms and conditions to remove it. Since installing my phone developed a few quirks like typing not working right, ringer changed to a different tone. Changed it back then it changed again. I don’t feel it enhanced my phone security, it just runs along side.

    This does not block any spam texts or calls. I get at least 10 a day. Once I downloaded this “call protect” is actually when the mass spamming started. I have reported and forwarded all of this to ATT. After months of this, there is no improvement and it has not let up.
