  • Ok with issues..,

The DVR is so sloppy, hard to find anything, not organized and needs some big improvements. Using on demand with airplay is downright horrible, doesn’t stay connected with on demand. Quality wise the picture is really good but the DVR organization is a disaster!
  • Great app! Very easy to navigate!

This sense to the best of the streaming services out there! Great app to navigate on! Picture quality is excellent also!
  • Surprisingly good

Worth it for the Simpsons, Smackdown, and Raw. Also sports.
  • Add support for picture in picture mode on iPad

This would make the App 5 stars. Overall, great App! Easy to use and great live sports content allows me to cut the cord and watch my favorite sports teams live.
  • I have been waiting and now it's here

  • Fantastic. I'm finally cutting the cord

I've tried almost all of the streaming services, and I've never been really happy. This time, I'd have to say it's just about perfect. It'll be great as they add even more channels. I don't think I'll ever go back!
  • 3 things to be perfect

    By edk012
    1) No commercials. I'm paying $35/mo to watch commercials! Or maybe charge me an extra $5/mo to get rid of commercials like Hulu does. 2) Offline viewing. This is critical for when you're on a plane or have bad cell signal. 3) HGTV...enough said. Get those three things and you get 5 stars and my money every month.
  • Kind of buggy but good

    By cryptomatt
Sometime the picture will be blacked out if I minimize app and reopen or the live screen gives an error. The product is good though and the bugs will get worked out.
  • Promising

YouTube TV is promising! It’s still lacking a few things to be perfect: 1) No native Apple TV app. You have to use AirPlay, and unfortunately it can cut out while watching and makes it for a poor experience. Also no very friendly for guests. 2) you can’t record new airings only. It records reruns as well. This is annoying for shows that have a lot of reruns. 3) A lot of stations are on demand only and not live. For example CBS and FOX in Raleigh. 4) channel selection limited. 5) Dedicated apps don’t recognize YouTube TV as a TV provider. For example you can’t install the CBS app on Apple TV and use your YouTube TV credentials to get all access and live TV. Aside from that, quality is great. DVR works. Hopefully the team can address these points in the future and make YouTube TV a must have service.
