Description

Nintendo's hit strategy-RPG Fire Emblem series, which has been going strong for more than 25 years, continues its journey on smart devices. Fight battles customized for touch screens and on-the-go play. Summon characters from across the Fire Emblem universe. Develop your Heroes' skills, and take them to new heights. This is your adventure—a Fire Emblem that's like nothing you've seen before! This application is free to download and offers some optional in-app purchases. ■ An epic quest The game features an ongoing, original story where new characters and dozens upon dozens of battle-tested Heroes from across the Fire Emblem universe meet. There are over 700 story stages available as of February 2019! (This total includes all difficulty modes.) Clear these story stages and you'll earn Orbs, which are used for summoning Heroes. New story chapters are added frequently, so don't miss out! ■ Intense battles Take part in strategic turn-based battles streamlined for on-the-go play with maps that fit in the palm of your hand! You'll need to think hard about the advantages and disadvantages of each Hero's weapon...and even evaluate the map itself as you battle. Lead your army with easy touch-and-drag controls, including the ability to attack by simply swiping an ally over an enemy. New to strategic turn-based battles? Don't worry! Use the Auto-Battle option to have your characters fight on their own. ■ Strengthen your favorite Heroes There are many ways to strengthen your allies: leveling, skills, weapons, equipable items, and more. Take your characters to greater and greater heights as you battle for victory. ■ Replayable modes In addition to the main story, there are many other modes where you can strengthen your allies, compete against other players, and more. ■ Original characters meet legendary Heroes The game features numerous Hero characters from the Fire Emblem series and brand-new characters created by artists Yusuke Kozaki and Shigeki Maeshima. Some Heroes will fight at your side as allies, while others may stand in your way as fierce enemies to be defeated and added to your army. * Internet connectivity required to play. Great game, played since launch, and have only one (actually like fifty something)problem(s): nowi(looks like a child in a bikini), bridal sanaki(ten year old), lyn(15 year old wearing no undergarments), brave lyn(same here), legendary lyn(take a guess), summer noire(most likely a teenager), and... well, I think you guys get it. I mean, japan has less strict rules on pedophilia, but jesus, WHY ARE YOU LEWDING THE LOLIS!!! Nintendo, what happened to banning this stuff, I mean, i get it, most of the FE fanbase are twenty something pedophiliac manchildren that say stuff like “UwU OwO sniff my feet mommy camilla, but no service is better than this fan service. Just give the fans 8 more camilla alts, and they’ll be fine, and you guys won’t get charged by the FBI (I’ll rewrite this review and change it to five stars if you give the elitists more FE 1 to 11 heroes, cuz where tf is half your good characters)

Fire Emblem: Awakening is my favorite game, and when I found out they have an app I was incredibly excited. I’ve been playing for a while now, and although it’s a bit difficult to learn about all of the mechanics, it is so much fun. I love the characters and their designs and cameos, I love the gameplay, and most of all I love that they made a game for phones that isn't just micro transactions. You don’t have to pay money to become a powerful player. I love FE and will continue to support everything they come out with. I highly recommend!

This game was one of the best tactical games out there. Unfortunately, the developers have effectively abandoned gameplay in favor of kiddie nonsense. The Aether Resort might be the most insidiously pointless video game mechanic ever, yet they continue to push it to the front, instead of spending time on the actual game. Are people really engaging with the new concert hall, and if so, why? How much tinny elevator music can one listen to? At this point, expect to spend most of your time performing dull administrative tasks, rather than actually engaging in battles. The power creep in this game has been allowed to accelerate to the point where keeping up with it requires constant, tedious character maintenance, leaving precious little time for the actual game. Only way around it is to invest substantial $. It’s no longer possible to play large portions of the game without spending a good amount of cash to obtain a character that will be obsolete in a few weeks. Increasingly, the new challenges are lazily designed and simply throw mass numbers of troops at the player. Kind of defeats the idea of the game, honestly. I think the best of the development team has probably moved on to greener pastures at this point.

This game is fun. It deserves to be on the editor’s list as far as the gameplay goes. I can say a lot more nice things such as good interface, graphics design, nice characters. But that does not change the fact Fire Emblems Heroes exists to grab money by exploiting your desire to win something rare (the business model called gacha/ loot box), so dangerous that Belgium along with other countries starts banning these practices. Fire Emblem Heroes isn’t your typical game where you pay $60 for it; you can easily put in hundreds to thousands of dollar into the game for just one event to get a character. As much as I hate to give it a bad rating, Nintendo the family friendly company should try to make the world a better place rather than growing their profit by exploiting people.
  • Flaw Issue

I absolutely love the game & I’m satisfied with it. Although, there’s only one thing that frustrates me and it’s how do I fix a “flaw” stat? Because If I were to merge my allies they’re only getting SP and the stats remain the same, like neither their HP/DEF/RES are increasing.
