    Works occasionally occasionally
  • Doesn’t block about half of the calls

This may be a problem with the whole system because scammers have a new deal: they actually have a name when calling but if you answer, it’s the same scam (this particular one is In Chinese). Perhaps they can upgrade their AI to make it better.

Call protect does not identify 90% of spam calls. After paying an arm and a leg for service, AT&T wants to charge an additional 3.99 for enhanced caller ID per line.

  • AT&T’s only product is their hatred for their customers

I don’t get the point of this app. It doesn’t actually block scam callers but at&t still wants to charge you 3 dollars a month to use it? This app is just another way to express their pure hatred for their customers.

I was really beginning to trust this app to block calls based on their knowledge base and alert me to the level of the threat. I’m having to do far more research for Robocalls, soliciting, Telemarketer’s and political calls that are getting through than I did toward the end of 2019. If I’m going to continue to pay for the upgraded app, I would like it to block more calls without me having to report then block. Update: AT&T is still allowing way too many Robocalls, Solicitors and Scammers to get through. I have to research, report and block. I should not be having to expend this much effort for an app I’m paying monthly for. If it were a free app, then I get what I pay for. Shame on AT&T. They certainly have enough resources.
