  • Lacks “No caller id” blocking

Should really add “no caller Id” blocking. Documentation says you can’t block unknown numbers unless you have Call Protect Plus. I have that and it still doesn’t work. You have to be able to block those to have a real quality product. Using custom call blocking, still some calls in those categories get through. They are even marked as those categories in your database. Why are they not blocked. Don’t say you can’t do it. If my phone knows enough to display “No caller id” or “Unknown Number” you should be able to also.

I purchased program thinking it would be able to prevent scammer calls. It is like other programs on the market in that you do the initial work. Problem is that you block a number and they spoof another number. Need a way of tracking the calls and arresting the companies being advised.
  • Useless after the last update

It now wants you to enable Fraud Blocking. There is no way that I could find to get around this screen. To enable this you have to upgrade to AT&T HD voice. This is not in my current plans. Deleting this now worthless app.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app and it still doesn't work. I called At&T and was told the app works fine and give two weeks to see if it starts working. My Payment needs to be prorated for 2 weeks. This is ridiculous.
  • Disgusting!

Instead of protecting their customers from illegal scams and unwanted telemarketing ATT is more interested in charging $3.99/mo for this app to block calls. Absolutely ridiculous that a mobile carrier that already charges outrageous fees for service, with no truly unlimited service plans without rate limiting to treat their customers this way.
  • So far so good, mostly, mostly.

It had blocked all kinds of robo calls and whatever it is calling “severe threat”. But it has. Blocked calls from my doctors office. And I’m looking for a job, so I’m scared it’s blocking job opportunities. You can see the number and it will tell you what it knows about the caller. But other than that you might have to figure out if it’s blocking calls you didn’t want it to block.
  • Doesn’t really work.

I still get robo-calls and feel like I have to manually flag all my telemarketing calls. The flag goes off after a certain period of time, too. Just haven’t found an app that really works.

  • Fix app

Please fix the app so it won’t keep asking for a code to be able to open the app. It’s annoying and sometimes it freezes so you can’t even put in the code.
  • Works sometimes

Depending on the day, I receive 10-15 calls a day from unknown numbers. Since downloadong the app it has marked about 20% of them as telemarketing. That's great, I can avoid wasting my time on these calls. Unfortunately the other 80% still gets through.
